I doubt it's him though. You really think kids at that age were smart enough to save some of his DNA? Besides we already know the origin of Zetsu. If anything the reason they look so similar is he was made using Hashi's genes, so either Madara made him to look like him as a tribute to hashi's bro, or it was just a fluke and those traits came forth due to genetics.
