is chakra and ordinary human body energy (that we receive after eating food) same thing????

No, I think the two is different. Chakra is combining your physical and mental energies while energy is produced through the power or work of the human body.

yes L chakra is similar like stamina meaning you can use it to punch someone , running , climbing , fighting , working , ...etc .
no : we can called chakra = 2nd type of stamina . but instead of using it to do physical work . shinobi can use it for ninjutsu , senjutsu and some magic shjt

I think chakra has it's own network, energy from food is it's own separate thing and maybe the two can effect each other, but it's not the same thing, if you take away someones food, the chakra is still gonna be there although perhaps damaged, if you take away the chakra you are still gonna have energy from food.
