after finishing my laps I walk over to the Magical Dummy of Kerrah, I put my left leg in, my right leg out, in out in out ...wait sorry. I slide my left leg forward and keep my right leg back, bending the knees slightly and then stepping forward so that my right crosses over to the dummy's right side extending my right fist out and striking the dummies right shoulder which would twist it slightly (jerk back), I bring my right hand back with some force; backfisting the Dummy's cheek as I do so jerking it back. Following this up I step back with my right foot so that my left is forward again, but as soon as my right foot touches the ground I move my left leg up and backwards really quickly, spinning on my right foot and crunching my foot into the Dummy's left cheek with some force, breaking it's head off.Ahh yes, wonderful explanation! As you stated, detail of the move is essential when performing it, to not risk any confusion set onto your opponent, let's try that out shall we.

Come by this dummy once you've completed your laps, and deal a barrage of punches and kicks to certain areas all over the dummy, I want to see your description, doesn't really have to be massive, remember quality over quantity. State which hand, or which leg you use, where it strikes into the dummy and the effect it has.

Ahh look, Shorty's back, ready for more action! So now, this next move could be a brilliant counter-attack and that is how you're going to approach it with.
*Shorty takes a step with his left leg, so that it is in front of is right, and arms bent at the elbows, fist closed and knuckles pointing outwards, his left hand a bit in front of his right. In a simple motion, he takes another step forward, tough this time with his right, and extends his right arm outwards in an omnidirectional manner, in an attempt to throw a single jab intended to strike your jaw.*
Quick! Dodge his punch by shifting your centre of gravity, bending down on your knees and allowing his fist to pass over your head, then using the momentum gained from your bent knees, push them upwards from the ground whilst clenching your more dominant fist, taking advantage of Shorty's posture which allows an open space around his chest area, use said fist to deliver a simple yet effective punch dead centre onto his chest, sending him staggering backwards.

*Shorty places both of his hands onto his chest as he staggers backwards, bending his stomach in, momentarily exposing his face as he deals with the damage dealt to him*
Don't let him rest! Take advantage of all the time you have! Let's use his Posture towards your advantage. Begin by simply running towards him, and as you draw near I want you to jump in a diagonally upwards fashion straight towards Shorty, just before you jump make sure that your more dominant leg is placed in front of your less dominant leg, push off with the latter whilst simultaneously extending the former outwards, dealing a simple but brilliant kick straight towards Shorty's face, the push of course giving you great aid with exerting greater force onto his face.
After a minute or so of rolling around in pain, howling out whilst holding my foot, I get up and dust myself off. I then run towards Shorty once again placing my right leg onto the floor when I'm much close and then using that foot I leap off the ground and swing my left leg in front, holding my left arm out over the top as I fly towards Shorty's face, right leg tucked underneath my butt and my right hand in a fist pressed against my waist.*Shorty's jaw suddenly turns into metal, hurting your foot as it connects with it*
Not bad u.u But try it again, though it can be simple and straight forward, those attacks always seem to be the best. Just jump up straight and allow the wind to connect your foot with his face, oh and for a hint; try shouting Dynamic Entry as loud as you can when you do it this time.

Description:A taijutsu attack were the user does a jumping kick into the opponents face.
*Shorty falls to the ground, whereafter getting up but feeling extremely dizzy, hands hanging down their sides and head banging to his sides*
You seemed to put some work onto him, no time to rest! See this next technique is actually quite decent, because it doesn't really depend itself on the brutality of Taijutsu, but rather the elegant aspect of it. How the simplest movement can be the most effective given the right consequences, so run towards Shorty and duck down as you approach within arm length from him, as you have ducked down spin on your axis in a counter clockwise motion whilst extending your left leg outwards, using your right leg bent at the knee as a support to help you balance your centre of gravity during the motion of your spin. Your left leg will connect with Shorty's lower body, just below the knee, and the simple momentum of your leg will cause his legs to trip up and result in him falling down onto his back.
The kick doesn't rely to deal a lot of damage, the main goal is to throw your opponent off balance, but that's the beauty of it. The opportunities that arise from the situation are endless, you can follow on with a surprise attack, stop him in his attack due to him falling down etc.
I run at Shorty again, dat determined look slapped on my face. I jump off my right foot once more and swing my left leg around to the right, it isn't a strong kick as it is a bluff, Shorty sees through the kick and dodges by move to his right, because of the way I kicked I have turned around, Shorty coming up behind me to try and get in a sneaky blow. BUT, because this was my plan all along, the right leg tucked under my body, swings down and out, my body twists to face Short as the leg plunges into his rib, sending him onto his ass.*Crowd cheers* WHAT AN AMAZING DISPLAY!!!

Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.

Run towards Shorty with all you got, so he believes that your intended attack seems to be deadly, and jump off the ground with your more dominant leg, in the process of doing so swing your less dominant leg in the opposite arc to its respective side (so if you're using your left leg, swing it to the right) To imitate a high kick, but the kick is nothing more than a phase, something that will, in a battle, catch your opponent off guard and cause his evasive margin to be heavily limited upon seeing the kick, let the kick pass by the air and using the momentum gained from the kick spin on your own axis so that your body twists in the general direction of the kick; and here is when you utilize the leg you jumped from, when your back is facing Shorty, extend said leg backwards to deal a simple mid-kick, albeit simple it's extremely powerful. Straight into the rib-cage of Shorty, sending him crashing backwards.
