Fine sensei, same template will do. Rangiku fills new refreshing gut of wind towards her, as she realizes that she has got new sensei.
New sensei is like fresh breath of air.
She quickly prepares herself for the next technique.

Perform the technique:
Rangiku quickly gathers her fuuton chakra into the lungs and rather than blowing it in the form of gust of wind, she uses shape manipulation and converts it into sphere of air directed at her target, which is her sensei's clone in this case. Due to the powerful impact of the wind, the small objects including dust and leaves around her opponent are blown backwards, along with the opponent himself due to direct impact. 'Yeah it is okiesh technique, have to think some better ways to use it'.
How will I use the technique in the battle
Technique can be useful to blow away the small weapons such as Kunais, explosive tags etc. Can also be used as a defense against other weapons thrown at me point blank range as it doesn't requires handseals or prep-time.
How to defend yourself
Multiple ways, such as use of Doton or Fire pillars for defensive tech are common ways to defend yourself. Also technique can be overcome by use of higher ranked wind techs.

(Fūton: Kamikaze) - Wind Release: Divine Wind

Description: The user releases a gust of wind after forming the Ram handseal, that forms several small tornadoes. Combined with Fire Release: Running Fire that forms a circle on ground level, this creates a massive flaming hurricane.

Perform the single hand seal release a gust of wind from your body. That will form into small tornadoes. This technique can be used on its own or with the fire technique: running fire. The range is really kinda bad, since you can get hurt yourself.

Whew next one on the way.

Perform this technique:
Rangiku performs the ram seal and then releases a gust of wind from her body, which gives arise to several small tornadoes. To increase the efficiency of the technique further, she decides to combine it with the katon technique she already learnt.
After the wind tornadoes are formed she quickly manipulates her fire chakra and creates a steam of fire which is manipulated in the form of tornadoes to accompany the already form tornadoes to increase their destructive capabilities. She then directs them towards her opponent to finish him off and go puff.

How I will use it in the battle:
Rather than using it as a singular technique it is always advisable to use it along with running fire, so as to increase the destructive capabilities of the Katon jutsu. It can also be used to form small tornadoes which can attack my opponent directly without consuming much of chakra.
How to defend myself
It is always possible to know that opponent is going to perform this technique beforehand by seeing through that Ram handseal, accordingly I can use fire pillars or other techs to counter this technique, or if I don't have enough of time to 'counter' it, I can simply defend myself by using Doton walls nullifying the effect of tornadoes. I can use the wind in my favor by directing powerful fire attack against my enemy, which will not only overcome the attack but also harm my opponent.
Question
What is the range of the combo, if I use it alongside Running fire?
Will it be short-mid or simply short?

Another combo attack, but for this I just want you to perform this technique on its own. So perform the three handseals and gather your wind chakra out in front of you, from that start to form the chakra into a vortex to send towards my clone, it'll give him cuts while also pushing him back, or trapping him within the centre of the vortex, cutting him from every side.

Okay sensei, I won't do combo this time around but do the technique separately.
Rangiku again goes through the description before moving onto the actual demonstration.

Demonstration:
Rangiku performs the hand seals Tiger->Snake->Ram and gathers the wind chakra by focusing for few moments.
Then produces a vortex of wind in front of her and directs the wind towards the clone with the intention of drawing multiple cuts. Due to the impact of the attack her opponent is cut from the multiple directions and he gets pushed back a little. As a result the clone wasn't able to sustain the injury and hence disappears.
Useful technique nonetheless, Rangiku exclaims.
How I will use it in the battle
Just like said in the description it is useful mostly as a combination technique along with running fire and Earth Corridor to trap my opponent inside the corridor and also harming him due to fire techniques.
It can also be used as a stand alone technique by forming a vertex of wind in front of me and directing at my opponent, pushing him behind and cutting him from multiple directions.
How to defend myself
Since it is just blast of wind I can utilize it to enhance my fire techniques especially if it is sent towards me with intentions of drawing multiple cuts. Also I can defend myself using powerful elemental defensive techniques.

Bios with Wind as their main specialty can defend from up to B-Rank techniques.

This technique is really just able to defend from incoming wind techniques C-rank and below, but if your bio has wind as its main specialty it can defend against B-rank and below, this technique works as by creating a wind gust that simply slices right though the incoming wind attack.

Okay moving onto next technique.

Demonstration:
First Rangiku moves towards the clone of his sensei and tells it to perform any C-Rank technique. Then she moves back to her position and gathers her wind chakra and then focuses it in her hand. Once enough amount of wind chakra is formed in her hand, she quickly forms a wind gust which cuts down the C-Rank wind jutsu performed by her opponent making it harmless.
Easy to perform, she comments, before moving onto the detailed analysis.
How I will use it in the battle:
It can be used as a counter technique against B and C Rank jutsus and can be accompanied with other techniques to overpower the opponent. Since I am just using it at the exact moment when my opponent uses wind technique, I am then free use my next jutsu.
For wind techniques covering larger area, I can use this technique to cut down those jutsus and then will use fire to use it in my favor.
How to defend myself
Being a wind rank technique I can use Fire to use the cut down wind in my favor. Generally this technique is used to cut down the powerful wind techniques below B-Rank and hence unless and until wind technique is above B-Rank is used this jutsu will just weaken it and hence using wind above A-Rank is effective way to counter this tech as well.

Okay then going for the combo.

Rangiku observes that her sensei is performing series of handseals, she quickly gathers her wind chakra in her dominant right hand to cut down the technique using wind cutter, as the series of handseals are similar to the one of the techniques she learnt before.
As the gust of wind approaches her and is at short distance from her, she uses chakra in her dominant hand and cuts down the powerful gust of wind. Now without wasting any moment, she quickly creates a small ball of bright fire from her mouth before the sliced gust of wind can reach her. Due to the wind ball of fire burns even more brighter as it approaches her sensei who is at long range.

I hope I did well, she decides to wait for her sensei's verdict.

Demonstration
Rangiku listens to the simple description given by her.
Pretty much simple and easy to understand technique.
Rangiku then moves onto her original position which is at mid range from her sensei. Now she focuses and gathers her futon chakra in her right hand. She then quickly gathers her futon chakra in her fingertips of right hand and then forms arc in the air, by swinging her hand and sending a powerful slash of wind directed near the abdomen part of her opponent, that can deliver cuts on her opponent's body part.
How I will use it in the battle
Due to absolutely no requirement of handseals and less prep-time requirement, I can use it as quick offensive move. I will use it as long range substitute of kenjutsu which requires me to be at short range from my opponent. I can also use it in conjunction with kenjutsu as when opponent is blocking this move, I can safely use that time to move at short range and use chakra blades or kenjutsu moves to deliver more direct slashes. It can also get pass lightning armor techs, making it very useful jutsu.
How to defend myself
Considering the weakness of wind against fire, I can use fire pillar techs to defend myself from this technique. Also I can use Earth defenses to effectively render the technique useless. Another way is lightning channel blade, which is B-Rank technique, though it will be worst case situation.

Rangiku listens to the description of the sensei and returns back to her original position to perform the jutsu again.
Yeah it does look simple though
She quickly draws her sword and then gathers her wind chakra. Once she moves at short range from her opponent she channels her chakra through the sword and then swings it to create powerful whirlwind shaped winds and directs them towards her opponent. This slashes of whirlwind shaped winds travels towards her opponent and are total five in number and on impact will strike near the shoulder, thigh, heart, waist and face.
Yeah it was simple, since I already have training in kenjtsu.
How I will use it in the battle
-Can be used as a combo jutsu with kenjutsu and taijutsu. Slashes can be used as a way to reach at short range from my opponent, that is to get in range of coverage of my opponent.
-Also can be used as combo with fire techs, they can improve the damage, especially when I am sending small converged fire attacks.
How to defend myself
-Considering the weakness of wind against fire, I can use fire defensive techs such as fire pillar or other low rank techs to defend myself.
-If my opponent is using them along with kenjutsu just like I suggested, armor is always there.

Yay, last C-Rank. A fresh breeze of wind blew through her hair as the happiness of almost completing C-Rank, appeared on her face. It was just one small step ahead. Small, but still significant.

Demonstration:
After listening some interesting description from her sensei she returns back to her original position. Description was short, meaning jutsu was easy to perform.
She then quickly gathers and focuses her fuuton chakra in her throat and then releases it in the form of a simple stream of wind directing it towards the clone running in front of her, once it reaches at mid range from her. The clone gets carried away with the wind and is drifted away a bit, before disappearing.
How I will use it in the battle
-Again best way is using it prior to some Fire jutsu and use it as a combo. Requires very less amount of prep time and hence pretty quick technique.
-Very less prep time makes it useful surprise attack as well, can be used to drift my opponent away using wind, when he is attacking me using tai/kenjutsu.
-Can be used along with Nara techniques as well, I will just attach my shadow with my opponent, attack him, detach it and then use this technique to blow him away.
How to defend myself
-Armors and defensive pillars are always useful.
-Also since it is wind, using fire technique to counter it is another effective. Although I need to perform the jutsu quick(and hence avoid Katon jutsus with handseals) to make sure that I will be able to send fire before wind reaches me.
