Yamato looks at sensei with a look of surprise and then becomes scared as he is asked to begin running laps. Luckily he wasn't that bad in shape. All them potato chips can get to you ya know? He quickly jumps out of the weird object and begins running in panic. It reminded him of Gai and his over-the-top training with Lee. As Yamato begins running around, he hurriedly tries to answer the sensei's question.

"Taijutsu is basically techniques that involve the body. More specifically strong fist techniques that solicit powerful blows to your enemy by either punches, kicks, or a combination of both. There are two categories for tai which is those that require chakra and those that don't. Those that do pertain to special ability bios such as the Hyuuga and Kaguya. Techniques are performed by combining your physical and mental energy based on your stamina and strength that comes from rigorous training. Techniques are sometimes more quicker ninjutsu and genjutsu which is helpful when in close range."

*Stops running* Brilliant indeed, you seem to have grasped the concept quite well. u_u But that's just the theoretical aspect, your detail in wording has to be perfect to not cause any confusion. So let's see how your detail is.

*Makes a random dummy appear out of thin air*

Come by this dummy once you've completed your laps, and deal a barrage of punches and kicks to certain areas all over the dummy, I want to see your description, doesn't really have to be massive, remember quality over quantity. State which hand, or which leg you use, where it strikes into the dummy and the effect it has.

Yamato approaches the dummy and proceeds to attack as he clenches his fists. He first makes a swing with his right arm and attempts to punch the dummy on his left cheek. With his left hand, he throws an upward punch which should hit the dummys chin and send him flying upwards. Yamato then jumps up as well and appears behind the dummy. He then grabs the dummy tightly and as they descend together, Yamato spins rapidly with the opponent, send them both drilling into the ground. Moments before they hit the ground, Yamato lets go and bounces of the dummy leaving it to crash into the ground. While safely on the ground, Yamato then lifts his right leg high as possible then delivers a final devastating kick with the heel of his foot to the dummy's chest.

Wonderful explanation xD So let's get phyiscal then.

*Throws you bandages*

Wrap them around your shins, feet, fists and forearms. Get adept with them as they will help you with the recovery part of the training. Then we should be ready to go.

*Summons another magical dummy as I wait for you*

This will be your sparring buddy throughout the training and all moves will be performed on this fella. You can name him if you want to. u.u

When you said lets get physical I thought of this old song from my gen:

As Yamato receives the bandages, he puts them on making sure to cover the areas he was instructed to. He remembered Lee wore these as well and now understood why he did. All this time he thought it was a fashion statement. He looked over happily at his sensei and payed attention to the dummy clone he created. Yamato responds with a enthusiastic grin on his face.

"I think I will name this fellow Kakashi. Just promise not to tell him"

Yamato looked around hoping his senpai wasn't lurking about to listen to him much less know he was represented by a dummy nonetheless. Yamato then kept his eyes on his sensei and replied with the same enthusiastic tone but with a determined face now.

"So what next sensei?"

*a giant bird flies by overhead and the 6 Paths of Pein leap off, landing randomly around the training grounds which is a bare clearing in front of a dojo. The lead Pein, Deva, walks up to you*

Yamato, is it? Gratefully, it seems you're already familiar with the general idea of taijutsu. We'll start with a little warm up exercise. Instead of ordinary training dummies you will practice with one of us.

*looks around but notices the other Peins have wandered off out of boredom. Annoyed, he pulls one to him with his gravitational ability and makes him stand in front of you reluctantly*

Strike this one with a few punches, then kicks. He can take a hit so there's no reason to hold back. Afterwards he's going to throw a couple punches at you so parry his strikes by slapping them aside. If you'd like to give him an extra slap, be my guest. Ready? Begin!

Note: Make sure your reply isn't vague. I should be able to tell exactly what you're doing, where you're hitting, etc.

The man before Yamato was quite peculiar. His eyes were rather seducing but not in the context of being pleasurable. It's almost if the man was...a god! Nevertheless, Yamato stretched himself a bit as he jogged himself in place. He took a deep breath and proceeded with his best intentions in mind.

Like with most standard fighters, Yamato closed and tightened his firsts and pulled back his right arm to gain momentum and force. He then proceeded to aim for the man's lower jaw, right below his left cheek. Yamato pulled back his left arm and aimed for the man's lower jaw again though this time it should be below his right cheek. Then by pulling his right arm back again, he aimed to punch the man again in his lower jaw below his left cheek. Using his right hand again, he stretched it out to grab the back of the man's head, pulling it down towards his right knee hopefully succeeding in drawing the two together resulting in a knee kick (don't know if that constitutes as a kick or not so I'll try another one). As Yamato's knee approaches the man's face, he stretches out his left arm too to help grab the back of the man's head and create a stronger impact and to keep the man from escaping his hold. Hopefully with the man disoriented or at least angered, Yamato takes advantage of that by tilting his body to his right a bit and then pulling his right leg towards himself and then rapidly stretching it outwards and forcing it onto the man's left neck area. The kick is done at an angle that should force the man to either fall straight down or towards the man's right side, down. With the man down (hopefully z.z), Yamato then jumps into the air, using what momentum he could gain to tilt himself towards his left at a sideways angle. Pulling his right leg in, he then stretches it out and uses the advantage of the momentum and force of his spin to spin and kick the enemy back to the ground. Landing back safely, Yamato then grabs the man by the collar (assuming it's wearing the Akatsuki robe >.>) and looks it straight in the eyes. He then pulls back his right arm, and with an open palm, slaps the man several times until Yamato feels satisfied. Yamato then, while still grabbing the man by the collar, pulls back his right arm and pushes the man forward and turns him around followed by a kick to the keister. (_'-')

I'm not sure if I went over the usage limit but it was certainly challenging trying to write this. Hee hee.

I wouldn't count knee strikes as kicks. There is a technique for it later on.

*Pein nods in approval after his student's performance*

So you can fight. Impressive. Knowing how to use your body is fundamental. Now pay attention. See that slacker over there? Give him a good flying kick to knock him down. Your leg should be strait and tilted sideways when it hits. Aim for the head.

*demonstrates the position of the leg as he explains. Then he points to a Pein reading a manga, oblivious to what's going on. Must be the last chapter of his favorite series*

Is it me or does this resemble a move done by Bruce Lee in real life? o-o

-

Though Yamato had not learned the move, it seemed he was quite familiar with it. On paper it seemed like a fairly simple move but like with everything in life, things can appear one way and prove to be something entirely different. Having already been warmed up with his earlier moves, Yamato locks his sight on his next target. Taking advantage of the distraction, Yamato begins to sprint in order to gain momentum. Funny thing about momentum is it can turn the most simplest of moves into something so powerful and majestic. Once getting a good speed, Yamato uses his right leg to launch himself up into the air though still forward. As his body rises up, his right leg bends up against his right buttcheek. His left leg points in the direction he was jumping towards, leading the way towards his target like a dart. His torso which was facing forward now pivots to his right yet still facing in the direction of his left leg. At the same time he pivots, his left arm extends forwards and parallel to his left leg with a closed fist. His right arm, with a closed fist as well, bands and tucks under his right shoulder similar to when a lady holds a purse in her right elbow and bends it to prevent it from falling off her arm. Anyways, with all motions done in sequential and simultaneous order, the momentum from the sprint allow Yamato's kick to hit right into Pain's cheek.

As soon as the kick is done with, Yamato bends both his elbows and tightens his body, causing what looks like a rush of blood to his body. He yells in similar fashion to Might Guy or Rock Lee.

"Yowza!"

*sigh* You're already better at taijutsu than me. xD
and yeah it's no coincidence.

Well done. Coming up are two more basic techniques. The first is a single, strong punch striking the enemy's chest. It depends more on brute strength than technique. The second is a running tackle slamming the enemy into the ground. It's fundamental to lower your body before "diving" at the the enemy and driving your shoulder into his abdomen. Get ready.

Yamato prepared himself as he saw the two men appear and head toward him. This wasn't the first nor last situation in which Yamato had to take on more than one enemy. This situation called for critical thinking and reflexes of an Uchiha. Although he possessed no sharingan or special doujutsu, Yamato had just enough gusto to pull it off.

As expected, Yamato rushed towards the first man to his left. Once he was short range of him, Yamato made a "ducking" move in hopes to avoid getting hit with any punches. As he came up, and while still running, he extended both arms towards the waist of the man. The momentum of his speed in tandem with his "upwards grasp" lifted up the man off his feet. Taking advantage of that, Yamato then slams the man into the ground on his back. Then to make sure he was out, he punched the man in the chest with as much force as he could muster in his right hand. He did this by pulling aback his right arm as he clenched his fist. This almost resembled like a slingshot where you draw the string to throw the rock/object farther and greater force. He then forced his punch towards the enemies chest with enough impact to render the man unconscious enough to allow him to handle the other goofball.

Not losing a step (as he had already done the scenario in his mind), Yamato then performs a frontflip to pull him up and away from the man. Yamato kept a close eye on his surroundings and looked around for the other man. It seemed he had been thrown off and was too looking for Yamato. As they locked sight on each other, Yamato then proceeded to do the same movements as before: Run, tackle, punch.

"Was this enough?" Yamato thought. He looked on to his sensei and wondered if it was up to his expectations.

Hmm, i thought you'd attack them individually with each technique but combinations are good too. Only two more D-ranks left. The first is a rear spinning low kick but don't be fooled by its simplicity. Striking the enemy's lower body will throw him off balance and leave him open to further attacks. With enough practice you could send someone twice your size flying with ease. Get ready.

Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.

This technique involves a bit of deception. Two successive spinning kicks are launched at your enemy, aimed high then low toward the rib cage. The initial high kick is merely a feint, his reaction to it improving your chance of landing the next kick. Give it a try.

Continuing the lesson, Yamato made a stance as he waited for the first Pein to come charging at him. The key to any successful taijutsu fighter is paying attention to details. As the man comes into short-range of him, Yamato tightens bost his fists, tucks them both into his shoulders, and lowers his body down a bit. As he draws his right arm back, he then forcefully pushes his right fist forward toward Pein's chest, moving his head slightly to the left, evading his punch. Though still a weak punch by any means, Yamato had another thing in mind. He quickly took advantage of his distraction and squatted down further but forcefully. He placed his palms on the ground to stabalize him as he balanced on his left heel. Extending his right leg, he spins rapidly on his heel, using his spinning momentum to deleiver several kicks to land behind Pein's feet, unbalancing him. As he fell to the floor, Yamato then gets up and prepares for the next assault.

OOC: Okay this one is quite confusing for me and the gif/youtube video do little for me even if I slow it down so if I miss something or mess it up, please let me know.

Yamato approaches the Pein that is left, arriving in short range of each other. He then lifts his right leg and does a spinning kick to Pein's face oping he will block with his arms to avoid damage. He then does a sweep towards Pein's feet with his right leg as he comes around again, taking advantage of his preoccupation. Then to seal the deal, he jumps up. Using the momentum of the jump, he spins himself and lands a kick to Pein's ribcage, catching him off guard once more. As a surprise, Lee does a rear-spinning low kick throwing the man onto his back and onto the hard ground.

Yeah, you've got the idea

Alright. The next technique is a swift upward kick aimed beneath the enemy's head. When performing the kick you must tilt your upper body back to gather power, much like how a bent stick will lash out when one side is let go. If done correctly, your attack should launch your enemy high into the sky. Give him a bird's eye view.

Description: This technique uses the entire body as a spring, by amassing power through taking a posture where the back of the body falls down. With this powerful taijutsu, the user kicks just above the head. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.

Now we have a supplementary move used to place yourself in an advantageous position for other attacks. First, launch your enemy into the air and then follow them while matching their movement almost like you are their shadow. From there you may attack as you wish. This move doesn't necessarily need to be be done in midair but it becomes very difficult to pull off otherwise. Try it out. I recommend using the technique you just learned followed by this one.

Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

Next is another aerial move that deal damage without striking. As your enemy is falling, merely grab their ankles and wrap your legs around their waist. This leaves them helpless as you drive them head first into the ground. Send him airborne then give him a serious headache.

Alrighty. A main part of the reason I took this long to reply was to understand how Sasuke does it. I know most people get the hang of it quick but I am a perfectionist. T__T

As Pein runs towards Yamato, he does the same and runs at the same speed. Using the momentum from running, he then places his right hand on the ground below him and kicks straight up towards the bottom of Pein's chin with his left foot. Yamato lets the weight of his body rest on his right side which, in tandem with the momentum from his running, causes enough force to propel Pein upwards towards the air at an angle.

Once the target is in midair, Yamato then goes on all fours like a spider and propels himself up too and appears behind Pein. Almost like a perfect shadow, he reaches the peak of the previous kick's momentum. As Pein descends, head first, Yamato locks his arms on his legs and his legs on his waist and spins rapidly, counterclockwise. With nowhere else to go, the two descend rapidly like a tornado. The spinning momentum coupled with the weight the two make up sends Pein into the ground like a screw.

"Success!"

*Yamato does this for all three Peins*

Impressive. The next three moves are very similar, the only difference being the direction of the strike. They are all palm strikes but unlike Gentle Fist, they are anything but gentle. Relying on brute strength and weight you want to crush your enemy with your attack, in a similar way to a sumo wrestler. First one is a downward thrust driving your enemy into the ground. Then its a upward thrust aimed at the abdomen of your enemy that should lift him into the air. The last is a forward thrust, throwing him backwards. Perform them in any order you wish. Begin!

*sends three Peins at you one after the other* (or one if you want to do a combo)

As Yamato prepares himself, a cloud of smoke appears before next to him. It appears to be Sai. He speaks quietly into Yamato's ear and Yamato then makes a handsign and disappears in a cloud of smoke. Sai then steps forwards and stoically replies towards the men present.

"I shall be taking over here for the time being while Yamato finishes up a mission which I cannot disclose with you. Fortunately for you, I should provide you with the same level of fighting as Yamto-sama if not better."

Sai tightens his gloves and focuses his eyesight onto the three pains closing in on him. He goes into a fighting stance similar to Neji and prepares himself by adjusting his feet apart and taking a deep breath. As the first Pein appears within short range of himself, Sai does not move. He pays attention to the distance between him and Pein's head as he decides to strike him. He slides on his right foot to his right a smidge and turns to his left quickly and delivers a downwards palm thrust to the back of his head causing him to hit face first on the ground and literally "eat dirt".

As the next Pein appears, Sai fluidly and quickly ducks slightly. As he does that, he springs up and by using the momentum and speed of it, he pushes his palm forward into Pein's abdomen and upward, lifting him into the air. Not missing a beat, Sai then propels himself high into the air above the rising Pein. He then springs back his right arm again and looking directly at him, he strikes forward into Pein's chest with his right palm which sends him crashing into the ground at the Pein that was still awaiting on the ground resulting in the defeat of all three that had been sent to attack him. Sai then lands on the ground like a cat and crouches. He looks up at the man who seemed to be the teacher and awaited his reply.

Excellent. This one's a simple shoulder thrust. Turn sideways and throw your body into your enemy, slamming them hard with your shoulder. Take down this lightweight.

(Tokken) - Thrusting Shoulder
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will jump into the opponent thrusting their shoulder to strike them.

Next is a upward knee thrust that can be quite effective when aimed for the face or solar plexus at the center of the chest. It takes advantage of the knee's hardness. Be careful though, you must be very close to your enemy to be within striking distance. Give it a try.

*sends a Pein at you*

(Shōshitsu) - Rising Knee
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will strike their opponent with an upwards thrust with their knee.

Get ready for a combination attack. Flip toward your enemy and attack with a series of punches and kicks totaling 7 strikes. The technique isn't very specific so you can make a totally new combo each time. Pulverize him.

*calls up a Pein riled up for a fight*

(Dainamikku Akushon) - Dynamic Action
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user flips towards the opponent and attacks with a series of punches and kicks equaling 7 attacks.
