Let's get the show on the road shall we? *points towards a large rock*
Go upon that rock and sit on top of it, cross your legs and close your eyes, lay your hands on your lap. Breathe in slowly, and begin to meditate. Flow your chakra from throughout your body, and into the stone, feel the hard rock solid structure of it, feel the riggid texture that it carries, and begin to understand with it. Then answer the question, what is Earth? What can be used for? (Offensively, Defensively etc) What are its Strength and its weaknesses?

Kakuzu: Earth is the only solid element, its the element of sturdiness and durability. Unlike other elements which come and go with time, it is an ever eternal presence in the environment which endures all types of weather regardless of how harsh conditions become.
Earth can be used as a shield or blockade defensively to dissipate the force of powerful waves of water or non-cutting gusts of wind. It can withstand great heats, acting as a heat sink but also as a physical barrier to prevent weapons passing through.
Its strong against water, its natural ability to prevent water from passing through it whilst passing through water itself is a reason for this.
However its weak against lightning. The lightning conducted along the earth causes it to break up, lose its natural composition and break down due to the penetrative abilities of Raiton.

Well done! That is an excellent response, keep going like that and you'll learn quite a lot throughout this experience
For now, since you have meditated and found your Earth chakra, get off the rock and come next to me. Afterwards place your palms onto the floor and begin by sending your Earth chakra into it, by changing the structure of the Earth, forcefully cause two pillars to erupt out of the ground with your palms on top of each one respectfully.

*I walk over to Kerrah, place my hands into the floor and begin channeling my earth chakra into the ground*
Kakuzu: The earth seems to be shifting beneath my hands...
*After channeling my chakra for a while, i carefully raise two fairly sized pillars out of the ground, my palms balancing perfectly on the sharp point of each pillar respectively*
*Inspects the Earth pillars*
Not bad for a first try, the Earth has definitely kept its strong structure, though has lost some when you removed it out of the ground, however what you have now is completely perfect. Before you fully master this jutsu though, you need to understand another aspect of Earth manipulation. The Earth does not only have to be in a solid form, we have seen it be used as Mud, hence a liquid state, and sometimes even in forms of particles. For now though, we will not go in full-depth, let me demonstrate.
*Puts one palm onto the ground and raises an Earth pillar, just like you did. However, after doing so, my pillar begins to soften, almost like it is melting. You can see that the pillar is gradually becoming smaller, and then it begins to shape itself, changing itself into the shape of a sword.*
What I did right there, is basic manipulation of the texture of the Earth. You see, by supplying more chakra into the pillar, you are able to even change its form, its shape, all based upon your will. You can even change the weight, but that requires a jutsu we will go through later on. Right now, I want you to copy what I just did. Supply some more chakra into the Earth pillars you just created, and in doing so, soften the Earths structure, almost so that it's like a jelly. Then, by using basic shape manipulation, change the shapes of your pillars. Forming the one in your right hand into a sword, and the one in your left hand into a shield. Describe how you do each one individually, for example the large surface area that a shield has, and the sharp edge a sword has.

*Observing Kerrah's method carefully, i administer what he did to his pillar in my mind. I then walk back over to my own pillar and being channeling my Doton Chakra into it. However, this time in my mind i envision the nature of Doton to lack in the sturdiness the pillar currently has and to become softer, more congealed and in essence much more like mud than Earth*
*After channeling my Doton my chakra with intense concentration, the Pillar begins to slightly change in composition, slowly making the transition from Earth to mud. Eventually, it completely transforms to mud. While doing this, i make sure it maintains its form and shape, making it still resemble a pillar*
I then procced to Kerrah's more complex instructions.
*After i've stabilized the mud pillars, i begin to shape the right one into a sword like shape, by concentrating the chakra into the tip and give it a sharpened quality. After that, i begin to channel my chakra into the pillar in my left hand, distributing the chakra evenly around the structure to create a shield-like shape*
Seems like Doton is the most useful element when it comes to versatility.
*After channeling my Doton my chakra with intense concentration, the Pillar begins to slightly change in composition, slowly making the transition from Earth to mud. Eventually, it completely transforms to mud. While doing this, i make sure it maintains its form and shape, making it still resemble a pillar*

For now, we will skip the next jutsu according to the list, since it is part of a combo that involves a C-rank, and we will go back to it later. For now, I want you to re-perform what you just did, however to a greater extent. *Throws you a rock* Catch it, and send your Earth chakra into it. What you did with the pillars was to make them smaller, take chunks off in order to fulfill the shapes you wanted, but this time it will be harder. I want you to change the shape of the rock into that of a staff, it must be long and not-so thick, with a spear at the tip, make sure to keep the staff's form, do not let it crumble away as you stretch the thick rock.
*Raises an Earth pillar with a dot in the middle facing you a few meters away* And once you're done with making the spear, using careful timing and precise accuracy, strike the dot in the middle of the pillar with your spear.

I begin channeling my doton chakra into the rock, softening it's composition to stretch it out into a long thin pillar (as the length increases, the width decreases), keeping extreme caution so the pillar doesn't crumble as a stretch it out. Once i've stabilized the pillar's shape and form, i begin using my doton chakra to sharpen the tip of the pillar, to turn it from a thin pillar to a sharp-headed spear, again keeping caution so the structure doesn't lose its form and crumbles. After creating the spear, i begin channeling fuuton chakra into the spear whilst gaining clear focus, i throw the spear at the designated target where it lands and stays firmly lodged inside (the penetrative ability of the Fuuton chakra added).*

Now let's move onto our first combo
Stand firm and still on the ground above you. Then, begin to slowly concentrate on your Earth chakra, channeling throughout your entire body and into the ground beneath you. As you've done that, close your eyes and imagine the dense structure that Earth carries, now imagine that structure breaking apart, into loose grains, and whilst your imagining, begin to use your Earth chakra to copy the image in your head, on the ground you're standing on, turning it into loose grains of sand that allows you to sink in, forming a small hole which your body goes into, successfully going into the ground, and as you do, the hole closes upon itself, leaving no trace of your existence.Whilst being underground, you are capable of sensing whatever is above the ground, by pressure. Meaning when a foot steps onto the ground, you can feel it and know what is above yourself, so following onto that *makes a clone that runs around* keep a check, make sure to figure out where he is. Then, taking him by surprise, perform a sneak attack. At the exact moment you want to attack, remake a hole in the ground, by turning it into loose grains of sand again, jump out of the hole with massive power and grab onto your opponent. As you grab him, pull yourself up whilst pulling him down, making you get out of the hole standing above ground, and trapping him inside the hole. Binding him to his place, with only his head sticking out.

*As i remain fixed on my spot, i begin channeling my Earth chakra around my body and into the ground beneath me in a circulation of chakra. I then close my eyes and visualize the ground beneath me become less and less dense, the structure breaking apart into loose grains and losing its firm/solid properties, replicating this visualization in reality to produce the desired effect. Eventually i form a smal hole in the ground which my body goes into and then i close up the same hole, leaving no trace of entering the ground.*
*Whilst underground i feel the pressure above me, something/someone moving around quickly on the ground above. Once i realize his exact position, i stealthily move under the ground and intercept his movement from one place to another by recreating a hole like the original and dragging his feet down into the hole, simultaneously pushing myself upwards. I then fully exit the hole and cause the formation to collapse back on its self, binding the clone in place with only his head sticking out of the ground.*
One day i'll do this to the real Kerrah :scorps:

Alright, let's begin. Earth Flow Divide is a Supplementary Technique which is used to manipulate Earth on a large scale. By flowing concentrated chakra from one's palms into the earth, one can tear the earth apart, creating large chasms. The length, width, direction, and curve of the chasm are all up to the user.
(Doton: Doryūkatsu) - Earth Release: Earth Flow Divide
Alright, so gather your chakra. Once enough is gathered, channel it through your chakra network and to your palms. The next step is to perform the required handseals, the handseals are as followed: Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger → Snake. As soon as the handseals are completed, channel your chakra into the earth below you in order to manipulate it. Once the chakra is into the earth, concentrate to manipulate the Earth, create a large split, then manipulate both sides to curve and rise. Due to taking up a large area, this can be used to trap large summons between the two sections of Earth, then proceed to crush them.

*Channeling my doton chakra around my body, i envision the nature of the Earth, visualize how i'm going to perform the displayed Jutsu. After i've stabilized a good amount of chakra flow i perform the required handseals of Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger → Snake and channel the built up chakra into the ground. I then focus on the ground, causing the nearby Earth to loosen and break apart, hoping to create a large chasm in the ground separating the sides myself and Drizzeh are standing on. The Earth slowly rifts between us, growing up until a certain point until we're on two different sides of the Terrain.*

Thanks for that, i was confused as to whether or not i place my palms on the floor.
*On Drizzeh's instructions, i continue channeling my Doton chakra into the Earth through by placing my hands on the ground, to cause the Earth to revert to its previous state, causing the chasm to slowly close up as i envision the earth drawing closer in my mind. After the chasm shuts i wait Drizzeh's next instructions.*
