Alright.

*Hands you a slip of chakra paper.*

As your chakra is now, focus it through the paper. If it's taken upon a Water Element, the paper should become damp.

*As I take the chakra paper, I try to concentrate once again and try to keep the chakra flowing in my network, pretending to be water. I then try to gather chakra in my hands, trying to affect the chakra paper. The chakra paper doesn't change. I focus once again, close my eyes and look in my chakra network. I try to think about the current of the water, keeping it freely flowing. I then gather a mass of chakra in my hand, and open my eyes. I can see the chakra paper being damp*

Very good. ^_^

Now, let's move on to your first jutsu.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user creates a thick, dense mist that covers the surrounding area.

This jutsu doesn't require handseals, so I'll explain how it works:

Using your Suiton chakra, you'll infuse water, in this case from the river, and lift it up into the air to create a mist.

This jutsu is relatively simple to do, so you should be able to get it in a few tries.

But, first, start by taking your Suiton chakra, and infusing it with the water in the river.

*I close my eyes and focus my chakra, I again look at my chakra network and try to imagine my chakra being water to think about the current of the water going upstream and downstream. As I imagine this, I try to gather chakra through my whole body to infuse my suiton chakra with the water in river*

Good, good.

Now, simply use your chakra and lift the water that is saturated with your chakra from the river. Then, disperse your chakra into the air around us. It should carry the water with it, and therefore form a thin mist.

Owkay ^^

*As I continue to release chakra through my body, infusing it with the water that surrounds me, I lift the the water that has been infused with my chakra, carrying the water with it and therefore a thin mist. When I'm doing this, I'm being very focused trying the lift the water up with my chakra.*

Alright, good. Now, release your focus - your chakra that's already in the water should keep it suspended.

*After seeing the water being still in the air, I gently release my focus and see that the water is still floating*

Good! ^_^ *Notices that the mist is very thin*

Alright, I want you to do the whole jutsu again, and from the top - use a bit more chakra, and make the mist thicker.

Okay Sempai

*As I take a deep breath and close my eyes, I focus on controlling my chakra in my chakra network trying to imagine it like water. i do this by thinking that my chakra is the current of water going upstream and downstream. I then release a lot of water chakra through my whole body making it in contact with the nearby water of the river. I then try to lift the water that has been mixed with my water chakra, focusing on a steady control. As the water is being lifted, I gently release my focus on the chakra, keeping the water unharmed in the air and changing into a thick mist*

This justu is very useful against people without a Doujutsu and people with Sharingan, as people without a Doujutsu will be unable to see past the mist, and because of the fact that the Sharingan sees chakra, and this mist is saturated with chakra - especially if it's a thick mist - they're blinded as well. This mist has no affect on someone using the Byakugan.

Alright, then, the next jutsu is:

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.

A useful technique, should you find yourself in need of a sword without actually having one.

This is easy, though it requires a bit of shape manipulation.

First, begin by focusing some more chakra into the water in front of you.

Alright then, now, you need to raise that section of water upwards, and create a long cylinder, about the length of the sword you're wanting to make.

Alright, now, out of the cylinder, you need to let the sections of water around the sword fall away, leaving just the sword behind in the fashion you want.

Think of it like carving a statue.

How can I say this, hmm

*As the cylinder is in the air, I try to focus on my chakra control to make the sword sharper, I do this by consciously losing control of sections of the water of the cylinder, trying to make a sharp and thin sword by using a lot of focus to make a nice sword*

Right. Good.

Swing it around a bit - see if it holds up.

*I focus on the suiton chakra mixed with the water and try to maintain the sharpness of the sword. I then focus on swinging the sword gently and after doing this for awhile, I let go off my focus and keep swinging with the water sword.*

*A few shapes fly off here and there, but otherwise the sword is in good condition.*

Bravo. ^_^

Please, do the jutsu from the top.

Ofcourse, My dear sempai lol

*I close my eyes and take deep breath. I try to imagine my chakra in my inner core to be water and think that it's the current of the water going upstream and downstream. I then release water chakra on the water in front of me. As I gently lift the water upwards using the water chakra that has been mixed with the water of the river, I create with a steady control and focus a long cylinder in the form of a thin sword. As I've done this, I try to visualize a nice sword and try to make my water sword the same by losing conciously some of the water chakra in the water, making the not important water fall on the ground and shout Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba. I lastly begin swinging the sword, and vizualize penetrating my opponent with the sword*

That was a long description :p

It was a good one, though. ^_^ And that completes D-Rank jutsu. Also, a note- you don't have to describe how you form your Suiton chakra form this point out. While I'll still expect good descriptions for the jutsu, you can just state "Using my Suiton chakra, I ...".

Well, the first C-Rank you'll be learning is:

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user projects a stream of sticky, syrupy liquid which can be spit onto a surface to form an adhesive trap or onto a person to inhibit their mobility.

Suiton: Mizuame Nababara is a Supplementary jutsu that, despite common belief, can be quiet useful. By using this jutsu, you release an amount of syrup in proportion to the amount of time you "charge" the jutsu.

As a supplementary jutsu, it does no damage, but it is good for coating the ground or walls in a sticky substance, making it great for trapping, and also a great jutsu to use in conjunction with other water jutsu.

A cool fact about this jutsu is: If the opponents hands get covered in this, it would be harder for them to use jutsu that require handseals! Though I've never seen anyone do this, it makes perfect sense. If their fingers are sticking together, they're gonna have a heck of a time.

First, the handseals for this jutsu: Ram and Tiger.
