Background Info.
History: Kenshiro was born in konoha, months before Third Great Shinobi World War, with permission from the Third Hokage he left to become a strong ninja and is trained in the art of Hokuto Shinken along with Raoh, Toki and a fourth student named Jagi, and is eventually named successor by Ryuken. After completing his training, he tries to return to konoha to live in peace with his fiancee Yuria, until Jagi instigates Shin, a jealous rival from the Nanto Seiken school, to challenge, then defeat Kenshiro. Shin then engraves the iconic seven scars on Kenshiro's chest and leaves him for dead. When Kenshiro later fights his old rivals in the present, particularly Shin, Jagi, and Raoh, they all remark on Kenshiro's acquired mercilessness.

Kenshiro's quest to reclaim Yuria from Shin, Throughout the course of the journey, Kenshiro protects the weak and innocent from the numerous clans roaming the lands, All this was during the last ninja war, still wearing the symbols of his village he was often attacked by those who were enmies of konoha. Kenshiro's skills improve through his encounters with members of Sunagakure, Iwagakure. He eventually confronts and defeats Shin and his eldest brother Raoh and is reunited with Yuria, and lives with her until she eventually dies from a terminal illness(she was too ill to travel back to konoha).16 years have past since then, He hears rumors of his village in trouble and journeys back to konoha.

You can't make up an element like you did until you're Kage rank where you submit it in the custom element thread. For now you need to pick one of the basic 5 which you plan on learning first.

For ninjutsu you can't make up techniques until later. For now just go to the jutsu list and add the rank E techniques.
