Taijutsu

Taijutsu is one of the basic techniques in narutoverse and refers to any techniques that involves martial arts i.e hand to hand combat.Taijutsu is mainly executed by directly using the user's physical strength, relying on the stamina and strength gained from training.One of the unique feature of Taijutsu is that it does not need any chakra to perform though chakra can be used to enhance an attack.It does not require any handselas to perform and is generally quicker than the other two basic techs ninjutsu and genjutsu.

I Slowly start running around the field so as to conserve my energy..As I run I slowly begin to increase the pace of my running until I start sprinting at a pretty fast pace.
10 laps...20 laps..30 laps*damn*..40 laps * phew its hard*..50 laps *ohh god*..60 laps *pant pant*..70 laps*cant run any more*80 laps*how much more!!*90 laps.*only 10 more* 100 laps!!!,..yay!!..as I come to a stop I pant hard keeping my hands on my stomach sweating buckets.
