If Kenpachi fights a Quincy and say he does have Bankai he'll get defeated purely because it will get stolen and used on him.

I doubt any one either than Juha Bach can steal his Bankai. 'Cos remember, Bach said that only he could handle Yama's Bankai hence that Lloyd/Ryod guy didn't take it. So with that being said, if Kenpachi does attain a Bankai, and doesn't fight Bach, no ones gonna steal it because I'm pretty sure his Bankai will be Yama level.

But this is assuming Kenpachi's Bankai is on the same level as Yamamoto...

While I don't think many Quincies would be able to steal his Bankai, I don't think it'll be the same as Yamamoto I think Haschwald might be able to steal it, or maybe some Quincies who have yet to be introduced.

But your overall point is correct not many Quincies would be able to steal a Bankai Kenpachi has but at the same time it's not the same situation as Yamamoto so it won't be just limited to just Juhabach.

Juhabach and Haschwaldt will still pwn him. But otherwise yes depending on its power. If it's a weaker one like Renji's Hihio Zabimaru then it could be stolen by the Stern Ritter and I would say no. But I think he would be strong enough to take down multiple Stern Ritter regardless. However if his Bankai is more powerful and minimally as powerful as Senbonzakura Kageyoshi ; the combination of his spiritual pressure and his Bankai would prove too much to be stolen by Stern Ritters and would require an even stronger Vandenreich member to steal it. However I doubt It will be as strong as Zanka No Tachi. I believe his and Ichigo's will be below Zanka No Tachi but above every other Bankai we have seen thus far.
