Here's the breakdown of the battle from what I can tell:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Page 7 Kenpachi slices downward, Unohana is able to deflect the blow with just her bare hand, and then counters Kenpachi's momentum by slicing with her other hand at his neck, where she cuts him.
Page8 She then uses some sort of VERY fast movement to move laterally to the side of him. The difference in panels at the top is basically a POV of Unohana, in the top right she's already moved laterally, but in the top left Kenpachi's sword is still attacking in the wrong direction, and you can see his eyes have moved to her NEW position. From Unohana's new position, she stomps down on the hilt of Kenpachi's sword with her foot, and swings downward with her sword at his exposed body.
Page 9: To avoid this new downward swing, Kenpachi kicks out with his foot at her slicing hand to kick her strike away (never saw Ken do this, I didn't expect that, but it looks like he could be copying her previous move of kicking). By kicking her away, Unohana leaps backward toward a column, then propels herself off the column back toward to Kenpachi.
Page 10: This is the really interesting page. She lunges toward Kenpachi and their swords cross in a deadlock. Yet at the bottom we see Kenpachi getting sliced by SOMETHING even though her sword is still parried with his. I'm assuming this is the "cheap trick" that Kenpachi is referring to.
Page 11 They exchange some kind of strike quickly, and in the middle of the page you can see a fist shooting outward. This is Unohana punching Kenpachi, sending him sliding backward across the room.
Page 12: Here's the "cheap trick". There is a spike of some sort sticking out of Kenpachi, and in the middle of the page we see Unohana with her zanpakutou in one hand, but with small spikes in her left hand.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Through the next couple pages, Kenpachi says he doesn't like her fighting style, she gets mad at him for it, knocks his sword away, claims that he got weaker. Kenpachi then has some final last thoughts about how she changed his life and starts to cry (His inner monologue sounded almost like hearing Ikkaku speak about Kenpachi and how he changed his life).
Here's the climax. Unohana stabs him through the neck. And he loses consciousness from it. He then wakes up and continues to fight. She then claims that he won't die, but rather, every time he DOES die he gets stronger. And she's responsible for that. .................................. ........................................................
