First of all who is Nimaiya, Lile and Gremmy(unless you mean Grimmjow, I miss that guy)? I'm assuming they are quincies.
IMO Byakuya can beat renji but I;m not sure about Kenpachi. Kenpachi beat that imagination quincy with his shikai I think. But Yama was slaughtered by the Quincy leader. Hmm I give it to Yama. I think Ichigo could beat Kenpachi.

Gremmy is the imagination guy who zarakai beat. Lille is the Quincy who use a gun and shot through nimaiaya last chapter. Nimaiya is the creator of zanpakuto and is one of the royal guards.

This is pretty close, Kenpachi win this with high diff.

Kenpachi vs yama (both shikai only)

Yamamoto low to mid diff. Actually probably Base Yamamoto take this.

kenpachi vs nimaiya

This can go either way, I would lean toward Kenpachi.

Kenpachi vs ichigo

Ichigo mid diff.

Gremmy vs nimaiya

Nimaiya win this with high diff. Nimaiya was able to beat an elite, and Gremmy dind't made to the group.

Gremmy vs Lille

Same as above.

Gremmy vs shikain Yama

Shikai Yamamoto win this with low diff, he is out of Gremmy's league.

Gremmy vs mayuri

Gremmy with no diff, Mayuri don't has power or gadget to win this fight.

Byakuya vs kenpachi

Pretty close, I would lean toward Kenpachi, they were portrayed as equal right know.

Byakuya mid diff at best. No need for explanation.

If Zaraki was able to beat Gremmy, than I don't see why Byakuya wouldn't.

I think Byakuya is slightly better.

I disagree with you about some of these. I don't think shikai yama would beat shikai zarkai low diff much less base Yama. Kenpachi beat unouhana and cut a huge meteor that worried the whole soul society in one cut, he even cut through space.. I doubt Yama would beat him high diff.

Also gremmy might of been tooken to the soul palace had he been alive. His meteor even scared haschwalt as it threatened even juha bachs safety. So he could be able to defeat Lille.
