Another bet between me and my friend, he says that the Sharingan, Rinnegan, and the Byakugan are Kenkai Genkai. I say they aren't, he says they are. Who's right?

kekkei genkai is special abilty possessed by a special clan.
hashi's KG is mokuton which is formed from stone+water i think ?
Mei is capable of using the earth, fire, and water natures, and has two kekkei genkai.
First KG = fire+earth = lava release
Second KG = fire + water = corrosive mist
