Yang first begins to gather pure chakra within his hands he then focuses and concentrates his cakra into a beam of light in which he shoots at you.

Simple put.
Kenjutsu is the art of japanese swordmanship.

I could put more effort into the answer if you'd like but as I said Its basically just the art of japanese swordmanship XD

I could get all poetic and say something lie " think not of a sword as a weapon, but an extension of youself

Good now put it away as you won't need it for this excersize.

Gives you a bokken

Now tell me the difference between one handed slash and a two handed slash

well off the top of my head... A one handed slash wouldn't do as much damage as a two handed slash.
As a two handed slash has extra power due to the second hand....

well fro startes 1 handed slashes are actually more emant to be used when your trying to be fast & agile ^_^

while two handed slashes are more focused on damage.

you also can only one handed slash with one handed swords as two handed swords are often heavy.. which is why they require two hands >_<

oh and one handed slashes allow you a faster rebound leaving you not as open while two handed is more focused and more concentrated on power will slow rebound leaving you open for a longer period of time

*Hands you a Bokken*

Now that we've distinguished the difference between those two, I'd like for you to perform a One Handed Horizontal Slash on the training dummy here.

Horizontal going like this (____)

Saikyo takes the Bokken from vision-sensei, holding it in his right hand, he looks at the training dummy and slashes it horizontally.
Concentrate and strike the dummy. Position yourself in the right way, balance is key!

[Kenjutsu as there are no real jutsu's out there, which means this will basically be more of a free form type. Therefore you need to be descriptive as possible. Like body posture, balance, positioning of legs/feet, weight distribution etc....]

" Sorry I'm late , I got lost on the road of life ."

Yang first begins by taking a solid stance. He then begins to concentrates and proceeds by running towards the training dummy, while holding his bokken in his left hand behind him. As he approaches the dummy he swigs his arm in front of his once having the sword strike the dummies right hand side side.. (this was a one-handed slash btw)
