I begin by taking my stance, slashing the bokken in a diagonal motion starting from your right down to your left and back and again in a reverse fashion starting from the left side down diagonally then back, each time taking a step in on you to keep within distance, i then complete my attack by spurring off of my right foot launching to your left side slashing at your side below your ribcage as i go by.
I can see why, like you said it looks like a very versatile jutsu, allowing not just ground-based but if you used correctly air-based attacks aswell. Even for a c-rank its potential is high.
