The difference between One Handed Slashes and Two handed slashes is, with one handed slashes less force is implied, and hence the injury or wound wouldn't be deep compared to a two handed slash, which implies more force, and thus cause deeper wounds. (To be honest, I'm not even sure, but I gave it a shot)

Well, power has nothing to do with the fatality of an inflicted move @_@ You'll learn why later.

You were on the right track, however. A One-Handed Slash is weaker than a Two-Handed, and it is not as fast, however, it offers ample maneuverability and is easier to chain attacks after. Conversely, a Two-Handed Slash is more powerful and is a lot faster as a result of carrying more force behind the blade - It does not offer the maneuverability that a One-Handed slash offers, and is harder to follow up.

Yosh, moving on. Now that we've distinguished the difference between the two, could you demonstrate a One-Handed Horizontal slash for me? Make sure to state which hand you're using, where you hit the dummy, etc. Small details like that are vastly important in Taijutsu and Kenjutsu fights.

Pats training dummy on it's head, and names it Mr.Beetle. I then reach out with my right hand grasping onto the Tsuka of the Bokuto. With my right pollex on the Fuchi. I then take a few steps back, before turning around facing the dummy. I then dash forward, screaming my lungs out, getting ready to slice and dice the dummy. As I come within feet from him, I lift my sword having the Kisaki aimed at (11 O'clock), and my knuckles aimed at (2 O'clock) slashing the dummy from his upper right shoulder, to his bottom left hip. I then twist my wrist, having my knuckles aimed at (6 O'clock), and the Kisaki aimed at (3 O'clock), slashing from his bottom left hip, to his bottom right hip. I then twist my wrist once again, having my knuckles now facing at (10 O'clock), and the Kisaki aimed at (8 O'clock), slashing from his bottom right hip, to his upper left shoulder.

That was epic!!! =DD

Still holding the bokuto in my right hand, positioned vertically, I begin to dash towards the Dummy. As I get within range, I maneuver my bokuto, having only the kisaki make contact with the dummy, as I slice downwards vertically from the Dummy's upper chest, to his lower abdomen.

Basically using a sharp object such as a knife | kunai | sword | etc, the user penetrates an object or creature. O_O

A stab is basically like a forward thrust of the blade; It differs from a slash of cut in that stabs generally move perpendicularly to or directly into the opponents body. Stabs are quick but do not carry much force behind them, and are not very powerful-However a well placed hit can easily kill (Well placed as in a vital point, and there are several, though they are generally aimed at the mid section). You can do this one handed or two handed.
