Well, Madame Shirley's can see into the future (ik it hasn't been confirmed but i'm sure it is KH) so KH is much better since it has way more potential.

And I was also thinking that about Doflamingo anyway, not sure that Gladius and Trebol even have it in any form. But Doflamingo should have it to a high degree I would have thought.
