Kekkei Genkai/Touta

We all know that some kekkei genkai and kekkei touta are combinations of different chakra natures..
ice style= wind+ water
wood style= earth+water
and so on.
Now, my question is: can a ninja with the correct chakra natures be taught a kekkei genkai by someone who uses it? like can kakashi, who has both water, earth and fire chakra natures, be taught boil release or lava release by mei?

kekkai genkai is something you get from birth.
no one cannot be taught a kekkai genkai. Sure if you have it in your blood, you can learn the techniques, like hows onoki was taught by first tsuchikage.
