I thought it was and then kishi l pops off numerous storm users......i gave darui huge props for having this but I guess it's not that special in the cloud :/ did haku have a whole clan of ice people?

you really expect 1 person to have kekkei genkai in a whole clan ? look at Hyuga clan hinata and neji have it , ... im pretty sure there were other users they just werent acknowledged yet

It's just like the Sharingan or the Byakugan...the bloodline isn't limit to one person only.

Haku's clan used to have more ice kekkei genkai users.. but they got killed because the people were scared of them leaving Haku to be the last ice kekkei genkai user.

So ? Still A Kekkei Genkai And Stills Goes The Same For The Elemental/Eye KG So It Really Doesnt Matter , Roshi Had Lava Style , and So Does Mei But There Not In The Same Clan ? Soooo .... .

It used to be eluded that it was very rare, but there are rare types of KG, examples crystal release, explosion, scorch, bone, Steel, magnet, wood. now there are less rare kg like lava, boil, storm.
