kekkei genkai - kekkei touta - rasen-shiruken

Hello. I'm. New. And I been wondering about the kekkei genkai and kekkei touta. And what naruto has been able to achive with rasen shiruken. I know that he was able to surpass his father da 4th hokage by fusing rasengan with wind element nature. So is it similar to kekkei genkai. Except instead of fusing two chakra nature's together he fused compressed chakra with wind nature chakra. So if he possesses more than one chakra nature and he is able two combine them will it mean he has kekkei genkai or maybe kekkei touta..?

No, Kekkai Genkai is just combining two Chakra natures, not Chakra in general.
As for Kekkai Tota, same as above except with three natures, and not Chakra in general again.

To all people who think a kekkei genkai is only but a combination of 2 chakra elements, explain to me with that logic how they create a sharingan/byakugan since both are kekkei genkai as well.

What I meant was since he was able to fuse rasengan with wind element chakra to create rasen. Shiruken if he finds out he possesses another chakra nature element. Using the same method he use with rasen shiruken. To fuse two chakra natures. Will that mean he possesses kekkei genkai. Think about it he fuse rasengan with nature element chakra something minato nor kakashi or even jiraya was able to achieve. And naruto did it. And perfected the jutsu in sage mode!

The reason the dojutsu are kekkai genkai are
because the Uchiha and the Hyuga are the only ones who have it (through genes that is) and its not just about combining two chakra natures its also about have the ability to do it, Naruto had a hard enough time fusing his wind with raw chakra.
