Kekkei Genkai/Kekkei Tota Questions

They say KKG can't be taught and can only be inherited via blood or experiments with the correct DNA. Then why do Mei & The Rubber Guy posses Lava Style when the manga doesn't say they're related? They could share ancestors or something I guess.

Moving on, KKT is an advanced KKG which, as I said before, can only be inherited via blood or experiments with the correct DNA. Then how do both Muu & Oonoki both posses Dust Style? They could share ancestors but the manga probably would have stated that by Oonoki saying something like "Father?" or something. Oonoki said Muu taught him Dust Style. How do you teach something you can only gain via blood? If there was experiments on Oonoki, he would've said something about it.

I think it's called blood line expansion because someone can teach you the technique but they have to have the gene but people who learned it from people with the gene can't teach people who don't have it.

some people are just born with a kekkei genka by chance and others are inherited.
the kekkei tota and how oonoki being taught it i don't get.
i used to think a long time ago that everyone in the clan must have a kekkei genkai of the same but it doesn't happen. only the byakugan is one your born with and the sharinghan is awakened.

If I'm not mistaken kekkai genkai is bloodline limits like sharingan and kimimaro bone structure.. I think kekkai genkai like dust style can be taught if the person has the same chakra natures as the person who's teaching them

I think you need to have the blood and elemental affinity or whatever is required. For example i belive that if sasuke had wind and water elemental affinity he could copy haku ice jutsu.
