Here is my theory, there's no scientifical or explanation , just a simple theory

Hagoromo = Rinnegan
Ashura = Uzumaki (Look at his cloak)
Indra = Uchiha

Hagoromo's brother = 8 Gates and Byakugan
His child #1 = Senju
His child #2 = Hyuga

Tell me what you all think and correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe both Hagoromo and his brother had a Dojutsu (Rinnegan) and Body.

Hagoromo
- Ashura (Body) - Senju
- Indra (Dojutsu) - Uchiha

- Uzumaki Ancestor (Body) - Uzumaki
- Hyuuga Ancestor (Dojutsu) - Hyuuga

I think it's too late in the manga for kishi to now say the younger son was actually Uzumaki. I think it's established he was Senju. The other brother creating Uzumaki/Hyuuga is very possible though, imo.

The chakra cloak doesn't proof anything. Kishi used these style to emphasize the similarities between Ashura and Naruto.
However, Narutos chakra-cloak has a different origin.
