Greetings. I am here to complete your Nekura training up to the clan ranking of Paladin.
To begin, I'd like to see what exactly you know, and how you view the clan's abilities. It'll be just a few questions for you to answer: don't worry if you don't know the answer, just do your best. Use as much detail as you can come up with. Questions are encouraged.

1) What is Keigoku? You may also include what it does here.
2) How does a Nekura use/make/get Keigoku ("use/make/get" are interchangeable here; it's one question, not three)?
3) What is the point, purpose, or rather importance of the Mark of the Demon? Why do we have it, is another way to phrase that.
4) There are a few abilities that the Nekura have naturally; they're passive. Please explain to me what they are, and if you think you can, how you believe them to work.
5) Is there anything else you know about the clan that you'd like to bring up right now (this is where you brag about how much you know about the Nekura <.< Go nuts)?

Now, I know you're almost done with techniques, but a CC is different from a normal clan in that all the information and "fact" about the clan exists in the clan app, and no where else. There is no manga reference, no anime episode and time to look at to see abilities... Everything is in that application, and detailed further by Emp, LoK, myself, and a few others who contributed to the finer definition of the clan. Because of this, I must be sure that you understand as much as you can about the clan so that abilities aren't misused; not that I think you'd misuse abilities, but because of the following scenario:
~The Sharingan is misused. Because the Sharingan is very popular and well-known, several members point out to the user of the Sharingan that what they did is wrong, the user apologizes, learns from their mistake, and everyone moves on with their day.
~Keigoku is misused. People begin to complain about how the clan is OP and haxx because this ability they saw a Nekura use is completely ridiculous. Mods are then asked before the clan leader (me) for some reason, and they give their opinion by the time I find out about what happened. I have to get involved, explain the situation, explain to the Nekura why what they did is wrong, apologize to the mods involved, promise I'll make sure the member, and the other members, fully understand our clan and that this won't happen again, etc. etc.

<.< Not saying this has happened before, but I can see it potentially happening. So let's avoid that with this set of questions to see how much you understand.

Alright, let's hope i get at least one answer correct. :l

1) Keigoku is basically the "evil" chakra of the Juubi. It is extracted from the moon and made usable by transporting it through portals, which Nekura clan members can open via mark of the demon. We use its "foul" chakra to affect the minds of the target; our damage does not rely on brute force or piercing capabilities like elemental techniques, but we rely on mental damage to hurt the enemy. This occurs once the Keigoku makes physical contact and goes through the enemy, where the foul chakra would cause mental stress to their brains, which in turn, results in lack of concentration, possible brain damage, searing headaches, etc. Furthermore, Keigoku, depending on rank, has the ability to go through physical structures like trees, wall of earth, or intangible techniques. Of course, this requires you to be at the appropriate clan-rank, and the higher you are in the clan, the higher the ability of your keigoku to go through physical structures.

2) We basically call forth chakra from the moon where the Juubi is sealed through by channeling chakra through our Mark of the Demon, and create a portal in earth to transport said chakra to where you're at, or where you create the portal at. It is essentially a different version of a Space time ninjutsu technique. In terms of using it, i believe it is like raw chakra in a sense that we can change its shape and have it move around, via shape manipulation.

3) Importance of the Mark of the Demon. Well, it is what makes us "Nekura's". It is our connection with the Juubi, without it we'd be unable to access the foul chakra. We send normal chakra to the mark of the demon, "activating" it to harness the juubi's chakra that lays dormant in our body, small traces of it, and use its powers to create portals. You open a portal in the moon to channel keigoku through it and open a portal using the juubi's chakra on earth, releasing it from there. The mark of the demon is essentially a guide for keigoku and we use our chakra to give the energy for keigoku to travel to earth. (Still remember what you taught me, hahaahaaa.)

4) Alrighty, I am replying without reading the clan applications so... this part is going to fail. Firstly, i believe we are immune to genjutsu, or foreign chakra in our system in general, because of the chakra system of a nekura member has keigoku. However, visual genjutsu that occurs in front of us, like creating a genjutsu through the falling rain, or a heated atmosphere is a way we can be caught in a genjutsu. We are also not immune to MS genjutsu because it is kind of like how the Sharingan, if high enough in tomoe, can control Biiju's, so it'd be able to go through our keigoku. This however, means we are 3x harder to heal, (i think 3x?)

Also, dunno but i THINK we can open portals passively? What's that about? (Not sure, i once heard a nekura member talk about opening passive portals)

5) Dunno, kind of busy so... >.> Can't really put too much detail, I spent enough time answering the top 4. *poofs to do homework*
(note, i may or may not do number 5 later once i have time, lol)

1) That was a good answer. Just one comment to make: Once Keigoku does work (ie. hits a target it can affect), it dissipates. *Straight from the CC Submission* "This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object." This implies just what I said: When it touches something it harms, it uses up it's power and stops, so it won't pass through a summoning or shinobi (remember this if your Tobirama ever fights a Nekura <.<).

2) Just one comment to make on this answer. Every time you make "a" portal, you actually create two: one at the source of the Keigoku, and one where you want it to exit. For the most part, the first portal is on the moon, and the second is in the battlefield. However, you can also create two connected portals on a battlefield (though this gets into complex Nekura mechanics, so we'll leave it for later). (You get to this in question three, but i didn't see it here, in the question about portals, so I made my comment <.<) But "portals" is basically all I was looking for.

3) Yeah, that's basically it. It's similar to a Jinchuriki seal; it connects our chakra to the Juubi's chakra, the seal itself originally being formed of Keigoku (see Clan History). Sending chakra to the Mark, yes, allows us to open portals and draw Keigoku through the portals. Because the CC Submission says "An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body", it can be said that the Mark channels Keigoku through our body as the bridge between the two portals, filling it with Keigoku that has a "sentience" of its own and can kick out chakra like a partner/Bijuu. It's a bit of a difficult concept, but that's essentially it; allows us to make portals and draw Keigoku.

4) That's what I wanted you to do; answer without using sources outside of what you know yourself <.< Now I'll tell you what I told L: Never word it like that again. See my announcement in the group; what it basically boils down to is "Do not say the Nekura are immune to Genjutsu as this ability goes much deeper, and this is a very shallow way of looking at the clan. You begin to touch on the "why" without ever actually saying it, so I'll answer. We reject foreign chakra because the Keigoku filling our bodies (see my response to "3") acts like a partner or a Bijuu to kick it out immediately. All foreign chakra. This means Natural Energy as well, barring us from things like Curse Seals and Sage Mode. We also are immune to things like the Gentle Fist and the Kiyoshi's "surging one’s chakra into another’s body through contact" (they have no techniques related to this that I'm aware of, but that sentence is taken directly from the app and Emp himself said we would be immune to attacks like that, so I may as well include it in case), but it also means that Medjutsu essentially has to work harder due to the fact that they need to do everything either physically or with extra chakra because we naturally reject the chakra being used (if it's injected into use. Using techniques like Chakra Scalpel to physically cut us is viable). Now, you already explained that we aren't immune to genjutsu in your explanation, so "Rejecting Foreign Chakra" is clearly the correct statement. And yes, we can open portals in free-form, but we can't draw Keigoku from the moon through it without a technique.
Things you missed would be the fact that Bijuu refuse to attack us. So if a Jinchuriki enters any of their forms (Red Chakra-Cloak, Incomplete, or Complete form), they give their Bijuu enough power over their body that the Bijuu will stop them from harming us; like the Edo Tensei used by Kabuto, the opponent can do whatever they want within certain limits (ie. Mu could fight however he wanted, but he was forced to fight against the Shinobi Alliance. In the same way, the Jinchuriki can do whatever they want, as long as it isn't intended to harm the Nekura). A Jinchuriki can still use Bijuu abilities (ie. bubbles, steam, sand, etc.) they normally can without these forms to harm us. You also missed our cloaks, which allow us to defend against all forms of freeform with minimal effort. The Drain is also technically passive, but you don't need to know that right now.

5) <.< At the very least I was expecting something like how our power scales with rank (that's actually all i was thinking when I made this question), but if you don't want to write anything, that's fine. Honestly, even "There can only be 4 Black Knights, 2 Clan Council Members, and 1 Clan Head, but the other ranks don't have number limits" would have been fine! >.<

Alright, so now's your chance to ask about anything I've said, any other questions that you've come up with, and then I want you to perform all the techniques you've learned thus far. This way, I'll be able to see how you think the technique works, how you would use it in battle, and I'll be able to see what techniques you still have to learn.

Sorry about 5. >_>'' Those technical things, like maximum of each rank would require me to read the clan description, lol.

A few questions, what does "Passively opening portals" actually do? Is it just for RP, or what?
I still don't get the jinchuuriki thing... once they enter their modes, we're immune to their abilities, or rather, the jinchuuriki sealed in them would prevent them from directly attacking us?

Opening portals passively has no real purpose... How I see it, Emperor originally intended for the techniques to simply be "The user releases Keigoku from a portal they've made in this fashion", rather than including the portal creating in the technique (which would only increase our OPness to "banned" level, and is likely why it never happened). So you can basically create useless portals that only Keigoku can pass through for RP if you wish.
As for the Jinchuriki thing, if the Jinchuriki enters any of their Bijuu states, the Bijuu will restrain their actions and stop them from doing anything which would directly harm the Nekura. Meaning, in an RP sense, that if the Jinchuriki, at any point in their move while in a Bijuu state, attempts to harm us, we get to say "That part of your move isn't valid due to how Nekura's affect Jinchuriki (see our clan app)" and continue as if it never happened. The Jinchuriki can, however, be upset that their Bijuu won't let them attack, smash the ground with their increased strength, and accidentally throw pieces of rock at us (this is just an example)..

Any more questions? Or are you going to perform your techniques now?

Oh, so they can still harm us, just have to do it indirectly. Cool, no further questions.

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion

I gather chakra and send it to my mark of the demon, located on my left hand. I activate the mark and my connection with the Juubi, allowing me to harness its powers through the mark. I then create a portal in front of me- an open portal that acts as a source of Keigoku. I perform techniques through this portal, adding a bit of keigoku on each technique. They travel with the technique that goes through the portal, therefore wherever it goes, the keigoku goes, unless the medium it is used to travel through is destroyed, then the keigoku would continue depending on whether or not it can go through the defense.

( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave

Using keigoku from the battlefield that was left, I gather chakra and perform three hand seals. I manipulate the keigoku through my chakra/Mark of the demon, and perform shape manipulation to change the shape of the keigoku into needles. Using my chakra, i have it move towards my target acting as a projectile, and depending on the position of the original keigoku source, i'd be able to have it attack from behind, etc.

( Bakudō no Shichijūkyū: Kuyō Shibari ) - Way of Binding Number Seventy Nine: Nine Sunlight Traps

With the usage of four hand seals, i create eight portals around my target and call upon the mark of the demon through my chakra, which would allow me to use and harness the evil chakra of the 10-tails. I use the keigoku that flows through the portal and shape it into ropes of keigoku, which erupt from the portal hovering a meter from the target and restrain them as quickly as they appear. Once they've done so, a 9th portal appears in front of them, fully restraining them through the ninth portal and the ropes. They take damage due to the physical contact with keigoku, making them lose concentration and leaving them extremely vulnerable.

( Fōsurai ) - Force Lightning

I gather chakra and send it out to my mark of the demon, allowing me to harness the foul chakra of the Keigoku. It follows the mark, but because there is no portal, it gradually builds up adding pressure. Once i deem enough pressure has gathered, i create a portal 5 meters in front of me, and from it, a mass of keigoku bursts out in the form of lightning. This easily blinds chakra sensors from the sudden emergence of Keigoku, leaving them even more vulnerable. The keigoku continues to attack the enemy.

Remember that Cursed Blood Needle Wave is also like a "homing" technique. And as for "Force Lightning", in essence there is one portal made, on the moon, behind which is a lot of Keigoku trying to get through - like water on a dam. The water builds up and up, but because there's no second portal all it can do is build. Then you open the second portal on earth - you take away the dam - and it all comes flooding out in a "flash" of lightning-shaped Keigoku.

Now, the next technique requires that you open portals in the sky, many, many portals. Then, from all of the portals you will draw Keigoku out in small amounts. Use your chakra control to form the Keigoku into the form of rain droplets. Continuously draw these droplets of Keigoku out towards the ground to create an entire field of "rain" which will harm anyone inside (who isn't a Nekura).

Now, use the same method you used before: Explanation, Drawbacks, Strengths, Methods of Usage, and Questions. Here's the technique in case you need a reference:
(Togesuzumebachi no Ame) - Rain of Stinging Wasps
Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 ( +5 per turn )
Damage: 60
Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide, causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause. This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.

Omg, i'm actually replying!

Explanation: By opening numerous portals in the sky, a Nekura clan member can make it rain small droplets of Keigoku from these portals. The keigoku acts as normal keigoku, causing mental pain from each drop. This technique in particular has specific drawbacks applied to the target, or anyone else that is exposed to it, which is the inabilitly to focus on techniques requiring intense concentration, and the inability to weave together more than four handseals without a pause. This can only be used twice, with two turn cooldown, and it lasts two turns.

Drawbacks: I would say its usages. Two turns per usage isn't much, but I suppose it would be considered "OP" if it were any longer. Anyone that isn't a Nekura is affected, so if they are allies or summonings, they would be affected and take the appropriate consequences.

Strengths: Long range - it basically covers the entire battlefield and of course, its ability to prevent concentration will restrict the enemy from using a lot of jutsus. It requires no hand seals and the portals are passively opened, so it is executed swiftly. Each drop affect them, so the more they are exposed, the more vulnerable they are from your attacks. It is overall a really great technique and its usefulness in battle depends on how I follow up with combinations and such.

Methods of Usage: I would use it when it is raining, and even better, with dark rain technique so it is hard to distinguish it from normal rain. (Just realized how wicked of a combination that is). In terms of combinations, I'd most likely use techniques that require them to move a lot, like swamp of the underworld, or take advantage of their restricted usages in techniques by performing powerful and quick techniques. Dunno what else.

Questions: What else goes under "intense concentration"? Will things like EIG go under that? And is the damage 60 per turn, or 60 in the span of two turns?

Eight Inner Gates is iffy, but I wouldn't say that it falls under "intense concentration". But it'll interrupt the gathering of Natural Energy, Yamanaka mind transferring techniques (has to hit where the Yamanaka's mind is), general transformation techniques, and anything that really seems to require concentration. If you're not sure, ask me. As for the damage, we can assume it's split among the two turns.

Now, the final technique begins with six handseals and five portals, forming a box around your opponent. Release Keigoku from each portal to form a coffin-like shape, with a sixth portal opening and forming the "floor" of the coffin after the walls and roof are made. Then manipulate your Keigoku in the walls of the coffin to form into spears that shoot inward to pierce your trapped opponent.
Same method as before.
( Hadō no Kyūjū: Kurohitsugi ) - Way of Destruction Number Ninety: Black Coffin
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user makes six handseals, causing portals to emerge on all sides around the opponent, a few metres away. Keigoku flows from these portals, before forming itself into a black coffin-shaped box surrounding the opponent, large enough to trap two people. The box covers the opponent in all sides, including above and below ( however the portal from below only appears as the other sides have been fully created ); contact with it makes the opponent's head ache badly. As soon as the box forms fully, taking around the same time it takes to throw a kunai, spears of Keigoku manifest themselves on the walls and shoot inward, impaling an opponent caught within it. This causes severe mental agony, causing the opponent to feel exhausted and collapse temporarily for one turn.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.

Explanation: So, the technique basically creates six portals proportionally to surround the target, with the size being able to trap two people. The first five are created to surround them, four on the sides and one on top, acting as a lid. Physical contact with Keigoku will have its usual mental-based effects, primarily a massive headache that, I assume, (correct me if i am wrong) does not prevent from chakra manipulation, but still prevent from complicated movements due to the mental strain. The sixth wall, located at the bottom around the surface the enemy stands on, is created once the first five are fully formed. The keigoku portals transport keigoku in the form of keigoku spears from all sides, and being pierced by them would result in mental agony which would further causes the target to pass out for one turn.

Drawbacks: Not very many. The inability to see because of the portal blocking the way can be detrimental, depending on the creativity and power of the enemy. Um, the five walls aren't exactly created instantly, so there is a short time interval in which the enemy can escape, which would obviously have to be a fast technique/speed. That's all I can think of.

Strengths: The mental damage resulting from either touching the walls or being pierced by the spears. Oh, and how the mental damage is applied by touching the portals, which greatly restricts the evasion possibilities the target can have. The range is also amazing.

Method of Usage: I would use Bringer of Darkness, and follow up with this technique right after. I am assuming that it'll look dark inside, so the enemy would think that it is part of the illusion, when in reality, it is the actual attack.

Questions: Does my method of usage work? ^

Just remember that the portals form and then spew out Keigoku to form the walls - the portals themselves are not the walls. And yes, nothing passes through the portals, which includes light. So yeah, that's a fairly good combination.

Now, if you have no other questions about the technique or anything Nekura-related, you have completed your training for techniques.
