Naruto stomps. KCM would be enough for this Madara let alone a KCM boosted with Sage Mode.

In CQC combat, Madara effortlessly blitzed and overpowered SM Naruto; and combined with his gunabi, he can slap Naruto around like a ball. In mid-long range, all Naruto's attacks such as Futon: Rasenshuriken and Odama version will be repelled with UchihaNegashi, or nullified by Katon. Madara is also capable of creating Kage: Bunshin to stalemate Naruto's. He has a Genjutsu which put Ay to sleep, and Ay stated Sharingan: Genjutsu doesn't work on him. Madara still wins.
