So you're saying BSM with only Yang Kurama is not on the same level as KSM using full Kurama? You do know that full Kurama's chakra reserve is twice as large and twice as powerful? So Full Kurama KSM would have the same chakra as Yang Kurama BSM but Naruto also gained Hashirama cells which improve jutsus power as shown with KA, Kamui, Edo Tensei (Orochimaru) which gives Naruto from the last an extra power boost. Also he should be capable of using the 9 Bijuus powers since he only needed to get all 9 Bijuu chakra before he was able to access their abilities so 19 yr old Naruto has 2 years of training to master or at least become adept in his powers

RSM Naruto can use it not KCM Naruto.Same is true about TSB
