I mostly agree with your list, but didn't Hagoromo state in his conversation with Naruto that Kaguya was "stronger than anyone else", inferring that she was stronger than Hagoromo? And maybe she split her power up between her two sons, Hagoromo and his unknown brother, just like Hagoromo did with Indra and Ashura?

and what is wrong with it ?, I mean BSM as before he got upgrade from the Sage. If you reffer to BSM as Current Naruto then he is much above them.

well, he did, but the interpretation is up to us, readers. I believe he reffered to himself when he was none jin and Kagyua never has been jin. However I doubt even if Kagyua was stronger then Ten tails host Hagoromo then the gap was such big...
