When he first used the super-mini bijuu dama in chapter 595, to me that looked more a like a compressed and perfected version of the Tailed Beast Rasengan that he tried to complete during his training with Bee and all he needed was shadow clone to help him.
Then it got me thinking, in terms of destructive power is it above the Rasenshuriken?
Just take a look at this and compare their destructive power.

Between these two, which one is Naruto's ultimate technique in Kyuubi Chakra Mode? In my opinion its the Super-mini bijuu dama I mean it has to be why else would he have created it?
