Before you say that SM naruto beat pain, remember that naruto was spoonfed information, and was helped by Gamabunta, Gamaken, Gamahiro, Shima, Fukatsku and hinata. And the deva path wasn't active. And the asura path was distracted by tsunade.

Knowleage: Naruto know's about linked vision. Pain knows about naruto's hair colour.
Restrictions: Pain wont just use CT right of the bat, becase that's not his strategy. He can still use it. No transforming into chuck norris.

I still can't see Naruto doing well. Obito was able to intercept Naruto's speed with the fan, and Nagato did actually fight Naruto for some time without being overwhelmed by speed (using only one summon to battle). With shared vision, Pain should be able to just about get through Naruto's speed and with all six Pains together, this is pretty much his match. If God Realm uses Banshou Ten'in, then there's nothing Naruto can do. His chakra arm would just get absorbed and then there's Human and Hell Realm.

Pain wins, at the very least with mid difficulty and at the very most with high difficulty. It really depends on how Naruto fights.
