Sage mode won't make a difference. Sage NARUTO can barely react to Madara's shunshin. He ain't reacting to FTG. Not to mention Minato cam just dance around until it runs out

That logic doesn't really mean anything anymore, Naruto got faster over the course of the War/Juubi arcs. Their were a few occasions where KCM Naruto and EMS Sasuke were reacting faster than KCM Minato even with FTG.

~ The Kyubi chakra boost allowed Naruto to be rather standard in terms of speed to compare with Raikage and more importantly Minato. Give a similar boost to Minato and KCM Naruto will get blitzed and finished with rasengan barrages. If he enters SM(with Kyubi's chakra it is faster to gather the natural energy), it makes it worse

~ Naruto's Fuuton Rasenshuriken gets redirected back to him(when he gets marked in close range) with S/T barrier

~ Minato can also use the five symbol seal in close range to alter Naruto's control of the Kyubi(as well as his own chakra)

~ Naruto has clone limit restrictions but not Minato and considering he has a similar quantity of chakra as Naruto at his disposal(half Kyubi's), he can spam the clones increasing the stomp
