Yes Ay can give him hell but one hit from a Futon Rasenshurikan will end Ay.Wind > Raiton and Ay's body isn't as sturdy as his fathers.Naruto can create 11 clones in total(ignore anyone who says 12 or 20 cause it never happened in the manga).Naruto can simply make another 4 clones to not make the clones that weak.Although one clean hit would make a clone disappear not only could Naruto make another but lets not forget how fast KCM Naruto is without using his full shunshin.

KM Naruto's enhanced speed is par with V1 Raikage and the 3rd Raikage.

Naruto having mastered his speed can pressure Mei and Tsunade who can't hold out against these speed demons without support.While the other clones can take on Gaara and Onoki.The key to Naruto winning is by separating the Kages restricting them from using any combination moves and Tsunade healing them.​
