Imo, Naruto can take the 3rd Raikage to High-diff. But will lose.

Not really fair to put naruto against anyone besides main villains or characters tbh. He has way too many screen feats to compare to little to nothing with characters like 3rd aye etc. I'm sure if they had equally given screen time the power scaling would be totally different based off there hype.

Then go based off of their hype. Naruto landed most of his attacks on A, due to the Army keeping the raikage distracted. Had the army not been there, I don't see that Rasenshuriken connecting on him.
