Yeah Madara low-mid difficulty. Clone spam isn't all that great unlike some people like to think because when Naruto fights a ninja of his level or higher, the clones tend to get killed pretty easily. Sasuke has absolutely nothing against PS and he can't protect himself against it and neither can Naruto.

They should cause him some problems, but as fast as Madara will use Perfect Susanoo its the end for them. I would say he wins with mid difficulty.

Even in his Edo state, the perfect Susanoo was the strongest technique he had to offer. If it comes to it, Narutos and Sasukes chances of winning will fall down to zero.

I think that Madara will try and not use Perfect Susano'o for as long as he could because y'know what he's like with that.. ("It would be disgraceful to draw the Susano'o out again etc)
