kcm mode and bijuu mode are both the same !

kcm naruto had only portions of kuramas chakra due to the seal but now that kurama and naruto are allies naruto unlocked the seal allowing all of kuramas chakra at his disposal . minato doesnt have kurama himself inside him but has half of his chakra and since minato knows the seal then he can control the seaping chakra ! gg budddy

With no training?

Naruto's been training to handle Kurama's chakra since he was 12. And he had experience with the Rikudo cloak before KCM. But Minato, he just appears and goes straight into KCM without any training or battling his dark self...he was dead afterall.

He dnt need any trng since he is highly skilled ,if one need to defeat his dark self to master the bijju's chakra then how in the world did 4th mizukage took the control over the bijju,,it is just one of the way of mastering bujju's chakra that the hidden cloud follows that's it...
