KCM Minato is completely unnecessary

I don't get in in what way KCM has helped him! His FTG technique is faster than even KCM cause KCM-based speed is a kind of "speed" but FTG is an instant surpassing physical speed. He has activated KCM without any use. I hope it get to his help as soon as possible and by the way I'm waiting for his gift to Naruto:bouncy:

Maybe that mode helps him manage and mold his now constantly replenishing chakra-levels? I don´t know how big the largest scale-based techniques he used in life were, but it might just help in physical combat as a manner of strength-ampliphication or something. But even that would seem a bit unlikely due to the fact that he had the arm-strength to slash through one of Bee's tentacles in the past.....
