Not sure if he can beat Bee, but I also have no knowledge on the 8th Jin, Edo Itachi can take.

All Edo's had weaker stats across the board, that probably explains why Minato had no feats surpassing that of KCM Naruto. Minatos KCM boosted him up to his alive base self. If he's already his alive base form and gets KCM on top of that. He clears this. Easy. Real easy.

Sandaime Raikage- Can't hurt the raikage, but the raikage can't touch him, it depends on who's stamina runs out first.

Killer Bee - Minato wins. He can teleport away any TBB KB throws and once KB gets back to his non full BM form he blitzes him.

Edo Itachi - Minato wins. He can use chakra arms from under itachi's feet to link him with his chakra, then teleport him out of susano and blitz him.

EMS Sasuke (no PS) - Sasuke has legged Susano so the same tactic that was used against Itachi won't work. But sasuke has no way of touching Minato. Sasuke would eventually get outlasted.

6POP - Tough one i don't know.

7G Gai - Gai gets trolled. Minato would FTG away from Hirudora or any attack gai makes. When Gai starts feeling restrained by the pain the gates give him minato kills him.

Gokage - Minato wins. If onoki is used for lightened Ay combo (the only way they have to surpass KCM speed) they lose the oportunity of massive Jinton which is the only way i see them beating Minato.

10kmm is only 32ft which means Minato blitz everyone here bar Gai and EMS Sasuke. Minato clears with these horrible conditions.

Minato clears. As someone rightfully mentioned, edo minato was weaker. Give kcm to alive minato and his stats are even greater.

Sandaime Raikage - Multiple ways to defeat him, kcm not needed. RDS is one. Another is to mark him so he cant escape food cart destroyer, then use shisho fuin/or gourd toad on him, or toad genjutsu. Should be able to form a mini tbb, since naruto almost made a tbb by accident in kcm on his first use, and minato has better chakra control than early kcm naruto. Or he simply outlasts, his chakra will continually be replenished by kurama
Killer Bee - Minato wins in base. Against a bijuu, minato will set up his markings via his shunshin as he did against the juubi. Once setting up markings across a giant perimeter, all tbb are useless and get easily redirected easily. Being in bm makes him an easy target to get marked. Sealing is also available
Edo Itachi - Never understood how alive minato loses. Dont care to argue this anyway, especially since the revelation of itachi being able to use susanoo via clones.
EMS Sasuke (no PS) - Minato med diffs. People always say enton stops minato touching his susanoo or that shadow clones cant reach him lol. Well not an issue now, chakra arms extent to make contact with susanoo. Teleports susanoo away, sasuke is a sitting duck.
6POP - He'd make short work of the other paths. Chibaku tensei gets teleported away. Pain inst as strong as nagato. CST needs to be charged up. Which he wont get the time to do. Kakasho figured out the 5 sec interval, so will Minato. And with shunshin + clones + ftg, that interval is easily bypassed.
7G Gai - Trolls gai with ftg and shadow clones. Kcm not needed. If gai charges full speed into minato, he's dead (pulls a raikage and flicks kunai above his head and marks/slashes him). Space time barrier takes care of hirudora, doubt gai will survive being hit by it.
Gokage - He can beat them all individually in base. With kcm chakra and clones, he defeats them all at once.

KCM Edo Minato is far beyond that of Base Alive Minato. The latter needs FTG to physically dodge speed of V2 Ay's tier, and KCM Naruto completely danced on that speed. Base Minato isn't reacting to a JJ either.

Its wasn't a matter of Minato needing feats to surpass KCM Naruto, its just that we were shown a few attacks he had a hard time reacting to/nearly didn't, yet Naruto and Sasuke were able to react to said attacks as well as he could.
