Flower Tree World is too vast for them to escape before the pollen, which can be controlled according to DB IV, knocks them out, destroying it isn't going to happen either, not when they'll be out cold before they ever have a chance to destroy it, just like Mei was when she tried to use her jutsu. If they try to jump in the air whether it be via Toads or their own strength, Madara appears right above them and knocks them back down with Shinra Tensei or Susanoo like he did to the Gokage. Evading in mid air is impossible, and Minato can't help since his markings will be caught in the Flower World.


And there's other things. Forgot about his Rinnegan too.
