I couldn't care less what the Japanese fans choose to accept or not, that is their affair(I like anyone else can choose what they want to consider, Japanese fans aren't any better judges than anybody else). What is to be considered is if the content being viewed is written by the main writer or not. Work written by the main writer always take precedence over those that aren't to such a degree that those that aren't needn't be considered when speaking of character feats.

Japanese people are more lenient to fillers than westerners. They follow the logic of hard work and persistance, in which you show your dedication to something by even putting up with it. The most obvious proof of that is how more lenient they were in grinding / farming in retro jrpgs. Jrpgs couldn't sell well in the west for a long time because of the huge amount of time that had to be spent on killing the same monsters in each area just for leveling up. The Japanese though believed that this way they would enjoy beating the dungeon / boss far more because they invested far more time into it."

Why should I care? Their opinions are just those, opinions nothing absolute. Their opinions aren't any more valuable than those from people of different regions. These are filler feats, they have nothing to do with the original work and as such don't matter.

the proof is the ENTIRE MANGA. its in japanese, for japanese audiences. Kishi didnt even know we read Naruto until he came to Comic Con
