Stipulations

KCM 3 Naruto doesn't have the side effects that Kurama described in chapter 52.

SOSP Naruto stays in his base like in chapter 672.

Baryon Mode would win if it doesnt have any side effects.

We cant be sure of the boost difference because Baryon Mode is applied on top of SPSM. And it works on different principles so its apples and oranges.

Besides that, i think SPSM is stronger because it made a bigger difference (base Naruto went from Kakashi level to above the Ten Tails with SPSM, while BM only beats an Isshiki he could already contend with).

Also, if Baryon Mode loses its drawback, it should also lose its main effect of draining life force. That would just leave it as a boosted base Naruto, probably incapable of using energy powers because of the constant life force drainage.
