Fuuinjutsu ("Sealing Technique") is the art involving seals to contain elements and demons. It can also be used to seal weapons and materials endemic to ninjas. Typically, it is used by high-ranking ninjas like jounins or higher.
Common use of fuuinjutsu is by sealing weapons like kunai or shuriken inside scrolls, thereby making it easier to carry them around in large numbers.A well-known fuuinjutsu is the Hakke no Fuuin Shiki used by the Yondaime Hokage Namikaze Minato in conjunction with the Shiki Fuujin he had previously developed to seal away the Kyuubi inside Naruto. Fuuinjutsu is also used to restrict access to objects, such as chakra or even entry to a building.
Kinjutsu are forbidden jutsu that are looked down upon by noble shinobi.There known to either kill both users or have dangerous effects to the user.
~For a shinobi to be able to use the Fuuinjutsu and Kinjutsu he needs to have been trained properly for that and be sure he understand the costs of this use.~
Requirements:
1. Can only be trained by senior senseis of the forum.
2. The user must have been an active member of the forums for at least 3 months for kinjutsu and 2 months for fuuinjutsu.
3. The user must have completed Lighting and Fire training.
4. The user cannot perform any summonings for the same and the following 2 rounds.
5. The user cannot perform any genjutsu in the same round.
6. The user must have reach the Legendary Ninja rank.
