Background Info.
History:
Kazuo was born in a very talented family. His father master of Lightning release and mother mastering Fire release he was well praised by his teachers in the academy and graduated at the top of his class. His father a man known for his strategies during battle took Kazuo under his wing to become a master strategist. With this training he is always planning ahead and always makes the right moves.
Right now, after graduating from the Konoha Academy, he was promoted to chunin and went searching for an official sensei to be trained in the shinobi arts and he especially looks forward to his first element.
