Imitating the ways of his father, Mat wears dark and tight fitting ninja wear over most of his body, then covered with another layer of an also dark looser fitting shinobi shozoko. Around his eye sockets are coated with dark tribal war paint. The only parts of his body that are visible are his bright blue eyes. On his back he carries a newly earned wakizashi, already partially dulled from dummy practice.​

Personality:​

Trained in the ways of the Anbu by his father, Mat is a very discrete and reclusive shinobi. He normally keeps to himself and keeps quiet. Although being taught to suppress his emotions, he has always yearned for the acceptance and recognition of others. Especially after the death of his father.

Background Info.​

History:​

Mat's mother died while giving birth to him and his father was a member of the Anbu Black Ops under the command of Shimura Danzo in Konohagakure when he was killed in action 2 years ago. Having both of his parents die at a young age, and along with the discretion training received by his father, made Mat a very introverted shinobi. Because of his father's allegiance to Danzo, Mat has recently been tormented by his fellow shinobi peers as an outcast or possibly traitor to the Fifth Hokage. However, this was not the case. Mat often times remembers stories his father told him as a young boy about the Will of Fire and teachings of the First Hokage. Now on his own, Mat tries to prove himself in Konohagakure and show the village that he is indeed loyal to the Leaf.​
