Kazekage and Mizukage Outfit color confusion

What is suppose to be the actual color of Mizukage and Kazekage outfit?

From what i can tell, the Kazekage outfit is suppose to be a light blue-greyish-green color, while the Mizukage outfit is suppose to be plain blue or dark blue. Why is it that in anime the kazekage outfit is dark blue? Will they have to change the Kazekage and Mizukage hat/outfit colors in the anime when they have the kage meeting? They had the wrong rinnengan colors for Pain and then they changed it later on to the correct colors, i suppose they will do the same to the kazekage and mizukage outfit colors i suppose.

In the manga, the color of the Kazekage garbs are green, while in the anime, they have so far been depicted as being blue which is the Mizukage color.
