Okay first i need you to use the hidden mist jutsu then use the reflective quality of your water chakra to bend the light and blind your opponent

Ok just to make sure that I got this right. Hidden Mist Jutsu, And afterwards, use my water chakra to bend the light and blind my opponent? So basically its as if I am bending tiny water particles that make up the mist in the correct angle to blind my enemy. Sounds simple enough, but I doubt it will be. Well, here goes nothing.

After it is made, Concentrating on bending my water Chakra one an angle to my opponent. Slowly guiding it until my puts it's hand up to fend itself off of the sunlight. Making him not only blind, but unable to use jutsus as well (unless capable of doing one handed seals) due to one hand currently being occupied.
