Kawaki's power?

Ok so I just read the boruto manga introduction chapter and a few panels caught my eye.first of all understand I haven't seen the movie yet (embarrassing, I know) so forgive me if I sound ignorant about the whole thing.
Here goes, Is it possible that kawaki's power originates from the new ninja techniques that konohomaru uses? I think it might cause of the following panels

konohamaru here explains how the apparatus works, storing ninja techniques. I think kawaki might have an advanced version of this and had high level forbidden jutsu to negate naruto's rikudou powers.
The next panel konohamaru goes on to say that it doesn't even require chakra and even a non ninja can use it.this would make sense as kawaki said it was the end of the ninja era, meaning he himself was not a ninja and using this apparatus is the only way I see a non ninja even standing a chance against the lord seventh

Movie watchers, what happened with this guy and his gear after the exam and is this theory possible?

Well, clearly the main power used by both Kawaki and Boruto comes from those strange tattoos they have on their arms. It seems that as they gain power, that tattoo spreads, much like the Cursed Seal. Notice how the tattoo near Boruto's hand (the "base" of the tattoo" glows white, and then it grows and spreads across the right side of Boruto's face, crossing his eye.

I'm not sure whether this power is stolen or not; if Kawaki DID steal the power, it's possible that Boruto did, as well. I'm guessing that it's the new generation's "special" power, much like the old generation used Bijuu chakra or Sharingan/Rinnegan. This is the power that lets the new generation achieve levels of strength/speed to to put them on part with the previous upper-tier.

Kawaki is not Madara and I'm yet to see madara use forbidden jutsus that Orochimaru hasn't use or had knowledge of. I go by feats. How is madara even relevant? He's dead.

Madara is a perfectionist, he wouldn't lower his standards to some body to body jutsu to keep eternal youth...
Madara knows 6 paths jutsu, Oro knows non of that...
Madara knows everysh*t shown there, he even knew the realise of Edo Tensei(yeah that's some crazy plot shield)
He knows a lot of things, Hashi's jutsus(well they grew together)

If he was a perfectionist, he wouldn't of got beaten by Hashirama, naruto, sasuke, and zetsu. So let's not insult Oro here, he approaches immortality better than everyone else by the series and he stands by his goal, that included forbidden jutsus and making synthetic clones with sagemode.

As for the rikudou jutsus thing that he read from the stone tablet which zetsu put there to revive kaguya isn't going to help him much. All those jutsus are just using gedo chains, reviving, black rods, six path coffin seal, and mugen tsukuyomi. That's it. Those aren't forbidden jutsus like edo tensei and Fushi Tensei.

He knew of edo tensei because Tobirama and that's nothing special since oro and kabuto know it too. I mean by actual feats. He hasn't shown any use of forbidden jutsus like orochimaru

Good point. But the tattoo power still must have come from somewhere. What happened to the scientist in the movie?

I have a theory. If I am not wrong Momoshiki in the movie said The God Tree was cut and nowhere was Kaguya. So there is still piece of shinju existing in the world (

). And based on that piece of shinju Momoshiki infered that it was cut. Besides Based on that technology is more advanced and in the past there were people who could create sasuke imposter or bijuu chakra pills. What if someone created artificial human who contains that shinju chakra and Sasuke and Naruto DNA. If I am not correct Those dna contains Ashura and Indra chakra, so that artificial would be able to control shinju chakra. Thanks to that powers, that Kawaki would easily defeat or even kill Naruto.
