Kawaki says "The age of Ninjas is over", implying he isn't a Ninja. But how could someone be able to do the sh*t he allegedly does without being a Ninja. I don't know, let's read on and find out.

Oh, a device that makes it so ordinary people can shoot lasers without needing Chakra? How convenient to my theory that just as I was about to declare Kawaki has some piece of Technology that makes him Baddass, a piece of technology that makes people Baddass shows up.

It's not like these wrist thingy's are a small deal, when Boruto uses one in the movie, he utterly dominates the Chuunin exams. When Katasuke used it on Monoshiki, he fired off more sh*t than the 5 Kages put together. When Konohamaru demonstrates it, he accidentally demolishes a house with an ordinary Rasengan.
If Kawaki had one, or a newer version of it, he would definitely be able to destroy most of Konoha.
