Kawakii might be the new jigen in the timeskip and thats how he beats naruto

We see chapter 35 Jigen can go to another realm where he can absorb juubi chakra if Kawakii takes his place he will have juubi chakra at his disposal. We also see that the karma seal gives a mode change of the ototsuchi member that gave the seal so besides chakra he can have their techniques we see jigen has a s/t technique possibly inherited from the seal.
