Hey,

One thing we know, the battle of Kawaki vs Boruto will have a winner and of course it will be the handouts prince but instead of bashing i would like to know your opinion based on these points..

1) Karma seals were shown ressonating with each other.

The series starts with Kawaki and Boruto talking with each other, then Kawaki activates his seal and Boruto seal does the same.

2) If both seals ressonate with each other and there is a clear surprise in KK faces when he says "Two Karma seals" it shows there was only supposed to be one.

This brings me to the question..

Do you think both Karma seals are equal? Do they nullify each other?

For me, they do.

If we think about it, Karma seals are so OP (they absorb chakra and release it as shown so far) that logic points to the fact there is nothing useful about using Jutsus versus Karma seals wielders.

It follows a bit the logic versus Momoshiki that could absorb everything and Taijutsu was the only way to defeat him.

I think that Boruto vs Kawaki will be a Kenjutsu/Taijutsu fight. Don't forget that Kawaki was tweaked to be a living shapeshifting weapon ( ).

Thank you for reading.

(This doesn't change the fact the series is badly written IMO, don't get me wrong)

It will be taijutsu focused. And at that time boruto would have gentle fist. so i'm expecting a battle as good as naruto vs sasuke or even better depends.

It all points that way but idk about Boruto having gentle fist.

Dude,

You are welcome to participate but without this crap, this will just great a bad chain of replies to your post. On top of it, Naruto vs Sasuke was the long awaited showdown and it was glorious, never put Boruto at the same level, you know that crap ain't gonna cut.

I think it’s fair to speculate Boruto vs Kawaki will be as great as Naruto vs Sasuke lol

anyways, KK was only surprised to see what happens when two karmas are close. & concluded the resonance ability is what Jigen was after.

but yeah it’s gonna be taijutsu, kenjutsu, karma explosions & jougan power

I wonder if Kawaki’s still gonna have that pole since now he’s been giving shape shifting powers

roboryushon can't live with that. a fight in boruto surpassing a fight in naruto. it's not in his radar

The same way that it is not in your radar that it will be below it. I don't understand what is the point of keeping Boruto series living in the shadow of Naruto series.

Is the inferiority complex this big in fans of the series that Boruto needs to be bigger and better than Naruto? :)

U don't understand me. What if Boruto vs Kawaki was factually better? would u still say naruto vs sasuke is better just because...

Why would it be better? What makes it factually better? Elaborate on this. How can Boruto vs Kawaki be better than Sasuke vs Naruto that was the climax of 15 years of writing and plot? Not that Kishimoto was perfect but Kodachi is not even close to him.

The fight is not only about animation, its about everything that lead up to it and the way Boruto is done leaves much to desire in this department. This is why, for me, it will not be factually better.

The quality of the series will not allow it.

we're talking in terms of fights not the characters or what happened between them just solely on fight

No doubt.

That is why we can't have good things.

Follow me, please..

Kakashi versus Obito in the Kamui dimension was probably the best fight in Naruto for me. The right flashbacks, the right soundtrack, the right emotion behind it all and a kickass choreography.

Episode 65 was gloriously animated and the soundtrack was spot on, other than that it was a flash fest, several components were missing.

I don't get hyped by the fight alone, been past that. A Taijutsu/kenjutsu fight needs to be fierce, bloody and really tough, that implies other feelings and components to be present that the Boruto series hasn't been able to integrate in a consistent manner, otherwise that final fight will look artificial and a no essence fest like Pokémon.
