Chakra=/=genes. If that were the case Naruto should habe been aa strong as Asura without rikoudo power-up. And Tsunade should be as strong as Hashirama (isn't even close). Boruto is moreso a fusion of Uzumaki and Hyuga family lines. Otherwise Boruto should be able to create his own TSB whoch we all know is nonsense :th:.

A fusion of Sasuke and Naruto's genes sounds plausible but even then shouldn't guarantee that he is as strong as them. After all Yammato isn't as strong as hashirama
