Kawaki may Actually be an Otsutsuki

Today's episode that the clan is pretty much alive . We saw kid Kawaki in the cover of Boruto manga with other neew generation kids .

What if Otsutsuki leader sent Kawaki to earth disguised as a normal human(that's why his appearance is like that) to befriend Boruto and then Stab him in the back later on?

That's why Kawaki being an Otsutsuki isn't farfetched he can wear human clothes to trick people
