Kawakis could also be one of the numbers altered. If some people's theories are true, it would make sense as the people would only be members of kara but kawaki would be a product of kara... or some mess like that, if it's even one of the numbers.... or he replaces one of them, much like sasuke and taka served as replacement akatsuki members

It's possible that not all members came to the meeting so there could be four more hidden ones. Kawaki has the 10 roman numeral on that picture in the first post. :hmm

Plus 10 fits very well with the Juubi plotline. The group is also called husk/shell for some reason.
